Our home warranty sent them out for a leak. While the techs that we're on-site were very nice, they mentioned that there was a nail next to our pipe that had a pin hole leak in the report which caused a denial from the home warranty. Even after they said it was probably wear and tear the fact that it was included made us have to pay out-of-pocket. When we started an appeal with the home warranty company a completely different person, named fred, that we had never talked to before nor was out at the house fixing the leak made up some story about recent construction in the same area that was not true to make it where the home warrenty company would not cover the costs again.

If you can, get Juan P. as the technician, he was on time, did a GREAT job and provided amazing advice. Zeus Plumbing you need to make Juan P. a manager! He is by far one of the best resources you guys have! To Juan P., thank you for everything sir!

He came out look at leak told us there would be a 180 dollar access fee and a pipe modifiecation fee of 250. That was not covered with our first American insurance my husband told him to hit the road and we would do it our selves . We got the parts at lows and he had it fixed in 15 minutes

My name is Yasaman Azima and I own a home on a prominent street in Terrell Hills. I had planned to renovate my home and hired a contractor by the name of Clearfield Construction. Zeus Plumbing was a subcontractor to Clearfield that was supposed to provide plumbing services for my home renovation. Hiring both Clearfield Construction and Zeus Plumbing was a complete mistake! Neither of them finished the job that they were paid for and cost me thousands of dollars. Karl Bishop, who is the Master Plumber at Zeus Plumbing, walked me through the property during the renovation. Karl claimed that Zeus Plumbing completed work that complied to the City of Terrell Hills code requirements. He also claimed Zeus Plumbing completed all the work they were expected to. Zeus Plumbing was paid a total of $7441. 00, which was 100% for their claimed completion. Zeus Plumbing stopped working on the renovation in June 2018. The property was walked-through after their departure and it was discovered that Zeus did not complete the work they claimed to. Several of the jobs that were claimed to be done by Zeus Plumbing were not completed and not up to code. The water softener was never installed as had been claimed, nor the recirculating pumps. The water heater that Zeus Plumbing claimed to have installed, was in fact not installed and its location was not up to City Code Requirements. The attic piping that connects the water heater to the bathrooms and kitchen was also not connected. All the incomplete and incorrect work that was done by Zeus Plumbing cost me time and money to rectify. I attempted several times to contact Zeus Plumbing’s management. I reached out to Pam Wright the Owner of Zeus Plumbing, Fred Wright the company President, and Karl Bishop the Master Plumber who had previously given me the property walk-through. I requested that Zeus Plumbing complete their work or refund the money they had been paid, but received no response. After much frustration, I contacted a lawyer to assist me with the lack of responsiveness from Zeus Plumbing. It was brought to my attention that Zeus Plumbing never applied and received a permit from the City of Terrell Hills to do work on my property. As a result, the lack of permitting verified that the City did not perform any inspections on the work that Zeus Plumbing had claimed to have completed. The lawyer who was assisting me sent a letter to Zeus Plumbing notifying them that they did not have a City Permit. The letter also requested they return to the property and complete their work. Zeus Plumbing did not respond to the letter. Not only did I lose the money that was paid to Zeus Plumbing, I have had to hire another plumber to correct and complete what little work they had done. Zeus Plumbing is by far the worst experience I have ever had with home renovations. Their lack of responsiveness, damage to the property, and lies make them completely unprofessional. Do not hire this company, they are a disaster.

The young man, David, did a fantastic job. He was professional, timely, and his work looks great. Note, he was here fixing the mistakes of the previous pluming service, Texas Plumbing.

The plumber made an error during the installation that resulted in a major leak originating from the water heater in the attic running all the way to the first floor. The second story carpeting was saturated and the ceilings on both floors were damaged. When I returned to the house about 4 hours after the plumber had finished the installation, water was pooling on my new wood flooring on the first floor. Zeus Plumbing promised to "make everything right:" they sent a restoration company to our home with fans and dehumidifiers, and they paid for the drywall repairs. I got a written estimate for the repair to the damaged wood flooring, but since there was still measurable moisture under the floor, the flooring expert recommended that we wait until everything was drier before pulling up the damaged flooring. I sent the estimate of the repair to Zeus and they sent me an email saying they would mail a check to me as soon as I returned a "Release of Liability" form to them. I have made numerous calls to inquire about the payment they promised to send me, and all I've gotten in return are excuses. Regarding the leak due to the plumber's error--mistakes happen, and even though it caused us a tremendous inconvenience and disruption, we are understanding. What we cannot understand, though, is how the owner of Zeus Plumbing would treat a customer the way we were treated. I cannot recommend this company because they don't do what they promise, and when a PLUMBER makes a mistake that results in FLOODING of the customer's house, and then does not follow up with what it takes to put that house back in order, well, we are simply dumbfounded at our experience. Fortunately, we were able to recoup some of the payments we had made to Zeus Plumbing by filing a claim through our credit card company., but it doesn't cover what it will cost to repair our wood flooring.

Work was excellent. Andrew de Luna, was very understanding and just great!

Misdiagnosed the root cause. Told me everything was installed incorrectly even though I had been using the heater for 5 years without any problems. Told me that if I didn't fix those issues, all the other appliances in my house would start breaking soon. Came up with a list of things that he told me I had to get fixed before I even fixed the water heater. Their price tag was $5000. I called another company for second opinion. Turned out to be a simple issue. Moreover, the second company actually did some research and found out that the heater was under manufacturer's warranty and was installed correctly to manufacturer's guidelines. They got the manufacturer to approve replacement parts and I was able to get it all fixed for under $500. Zeus was trying to scam me and was up-selling things using scare tactics. Telling all my friends and family to stay away from this unethical business. I had to pay a service fee for them to come out.

Lonny called and said he was on his way and came within the appointed time.  he got right to it and worked about an hour to clean out our clogged drain system.  he was very professional and pleasant.  we couldn't have asked for better service.

9/14/2015 ? I called Zeus -  I explained that the fitting was leaking and if it failed completely, it would flood the ceiling/attic/room under it. They said the soonest they could come was 9/15/15 between 8am-1pm.  They said if I did not know where the shut off for that line was, to shut off the water to the house, and drain the hot water heater. I was then to go out to the street and turn on the water only when we needed to use it.
9/15/2015 ? I waited from 8am-1pm (took the kids to before care at school to make sure I was here the entire time) but the technician did not show up.
9/15/2015 ? 2:00p - I called Zeus to let them know the technician had not come.  The receptionist said she had been trying to reach me and that the technician?s truck broke down so he would not be able to come. The earliest they could send someone out was -  9/18/2018.  I had no messages on my phone and the phones have been next to me all day. 
I called and requested another contractor who could actually show up.

When the home warranty company assigned the service request to Zeus plumbing I had checked Angie's list for the previous reviews. And I saw a few poor ones and that made me a little concerned. Next I had to call them up to schedule an appointment after a day had passed after putting the request which didn't make me feel any better. But after that everything went great. The technician called to confirm before coming in, reached on time and quickly identified the issue and did a good job on replacing the garbage/disposal and confirming that it worked right.

I was very nervous about Zeus Plumbing after reading some of their reviews on Angies List.  However, I am very impressed with the work they performed.  The plumber called me 30 minutes prior to arriving at my house, which gave me time to prepare for his arrival.  Once he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and fully described to me what needed to be done.  When I questioned his diagnosis, he did not get mad or upset, he simply showed me why the problem was easy to fix.  He then left my house (which worried me that he wouldn't come back for 2-3 days) to find the proper part to fix the problem.  He was gone for less than 30 minutes.  About 10 minutes later, the main water supply was turned back on and my problem was fixed.
Having a home warranty is sometimes a blessing and sometimes a curse.  The warranty company assigns a contractor and we have to normally live with that decision.  It has been painful in the past, but today, I am very pleased and would recommend, and use Zeus Plumbing again!

They are very good. The quality of their work was excellent. They are very friendly. They have good customer service. They presented all possible options and they were honest about the balance of technical solution and price. There were other options that were more expensive but had little benefits. They are just honest about the options that were available, provided good strong technical service, and have good customer service.

I used my home warranty company to place a service call to unclog the drain. The guys showed and cleaned up the drain. Appreciate the service.

As stated above.  We were charged for the visit, but the problem was not corrected.   Luckily, there was no permanent damage to our house.  
We called another plumbing company who easily found that the drain gasket was damaged, and they fixed it.    
We called Zeus plumbing to let them know what happened.   They never returned our call.

We have a home warranty since we bought the house so if something goes wrong with the house for a year after we buy the house, we can call the home warranty and they send people out.  There was one company that they send out and I was not impressed with them at all.  Actually we refuse to have them back.  They were sent out to replace the water pressure regulator which was not working at the curve.  They were very unprofessional.  They came and he assessed it and said that it was not working.  My husband said that he was irritated that he had to work.  Then we had to have a pressure regulator tank put on top of the water heater.  He would not do the curve until we got one on the tank.  So we asked him how much it was and he said it would be $500.  I had already goggled it and the part was only between $ 30 and $ 60 and he wanted to charge us $500.  So we asked him if he could do the one at the curve but he refused and wanted to do them both.  But we needed some more estimates and we were not prepared to have him do both.  So we had another provider do it for $250.  However we had to pay them the deductible for them coming.  The total he quoted was $410 to do it.  They came out quickly but they wanted to make some money and they were punctual.  We will not use them again.

Sent out by Home Warranty.  I consider myself a do-it-yourself-er so I was kind of frustrated with myself that the fix was so easy.  They came out and cleared the block from the bottom and reset the disposal with a button on the back of it.  It took 2 minutes so I was kind of frustrated with myself as I had now incurred a service fee, but that is not the companies fault.  They came out and need to be paid for their time. 

From a service standpoint, I put in the service request in the morning, received a call within several hours for an appointment the next day.  My appointment window was 8 to 12 and they called twice before they came.  I missed their calls due to work calls but they came anyway.  I think the rep could tell I was frustrated with myself so he took the time to explain exactly what he did and how to clear the disposal from the bottom and reset it should this occur again.  He also cleaned it and showed me how do the same.  He could have fixed it in 2 minutes and then left but he did take some additional time to explain.
