As a "can-do" firm, we have experience and interest in new and remodel commercial and residential projects, with years of commercial, industrial, historical and residential experience. Brief Bio: Eric Faulkner is a registered architect (TX and OK) experienced in custom and production architecture design and construction. My firm offers comprehensive architectural service for owners, builders, architects, realtors, developers and other real estate professions. I am also a LEED accredited design professional. Brief Experience: Architect: 30 years experience design, construction administration and project management experience in residential, commercial, industrial building types. Architectural Marketing: 2 years green building product educator; developed professional American Institute of Architects continuing education courses for design professionals Real Estate Consultant: 6 years experience evaluating residential real estate investment portfolio financial, operation and construction performance and recommended portfolio actions Personalized residential design: 11 years custom home design and construction administration for unique clients and their homes ranging from 400 to 10,000 SF.
