Timeliness was outstanding. Extremely neat and orderly install. TR Plumbing is one of the recognized expert companies in the local area for both basic and advanced plumbing. He recently installed a water softener for me. The install was superb, and I have had no problems with it. It is performing superbly. He also just changed the 6 month filter on it today. Terry Roger's technical skill can not be matched. He is extremely knowledgeable and technically proficient for all of your plumbing needs.

ARRIVED TME SAID, DID NOT USE EXISTING PARTS AT ALL, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED AREA BEFORE LEAVING. SHOWED ME HOW UNIT WORKS PLACED STICKER ON SOFTENER WITH HIS COMPANY NAME AND DATE INSTALLED FOR WARRANTY OR ANY CONCERNS. I LIKE THE UNIT NO MAINTEANCE IT'S DIGITAIL INDICATES WHEN WATER ON SOFTENER ON BEST ONE I HAVE SEEN IN THE MARKET.

Terry has extensive experience in the plumbing field and was especially knowledgeable with Texas hill country hard water. He was able to diagnose the cause of our plumbing issues and was able offer several solutions to the specific problems that we were having. I plan on using TR Plumbing's service in the near future to upgrade our water softener system.

Mr. Rogers conducted his business in a highly competent and professional manner. He thoroughly explained exactly what needed to be done and why. He also demonstrated his expertise and experience by carefully showing me using a new pressure gauge why some of the work recommended by another plummer was unnecessary. This honest professionalism saved me $600.

I can't say how pleased and appreciative I am of Terry Rogers (owner and master plumber) who came to fix the work from another fly by night idiot that ripped off my Step Dad. I was having issues with finding the original plumber who installed a 10 month old SUMO water softener. Unfortunately with all the other plumbers I called locally including Armendia-something....all they wanted to do was sell another 3K system. Terry Rogers is an experienced professional who came in for a smaller job, to make things right. He was honest and straight forward about what was going on and gave plenty of options for the repair. Terry professionalism and experience can explain why he has to turn work away and work long hours. So few people can do what he does. He came in Early and came back late in order to make sure things were correct. If your new to the area, and need some piece of mind when calling in a plumber - please, please, please call T R Plumbing & Water. He represents what Texas is about, honest, hard work at a fair price. I can't say enough about him, but the day he retires South Texas will be in a world of hurt for his absence. Hopefully his son's or family takes over. Great, great man and company. Now for anyone that did business with Liles Plumbing/Industries - how can a plumber go out of business in this economy.... a bad one! He rips off an blind disabled veterans and improperly installed a units ....

We couldn't ask for more. In a matter of minutes our water heater was up and running. Terry took the time to thoroughly explained how the heater works and warned us of safety issues. He treated us with the utmost respect and care, traits that are very hard to find in today's society. When we asked how much we owed him, he said, "nothing." Needless to say, all of our future plumbing needs will be handled by T R Plumbing & Water. My wife and I highly recommend Terry and look forward to working with him again soon.
