Job 1: They had excellent response time. They came in about an hour from when I called and did the work quickly. I am going to use them for auto keys as well. They are great guys. Job 2: Excellent. They were very responsive, came within 24 hours of calling (we scheduled it that way - they will do emergency calls), did excellent work despite very old doors, and were very professional.
