A typical inspection takes 2-4 hours depending on the size and condition of the home. Clients and realtors are always welcome to be on-site during the inspection. We send two inspectors to every home. Our 5-star inspection includes Foundation, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Ceilings, Floors, Roofing, and Installed Appliances.
