After receiving astronomical quotes for a very straight forward job from other plumbers, I jumped at the opportunity to give Jilly my business when the provided a very fair quote that reflected the scope of work. We are extremely pleased with the customer service of both Barb and Gage (Plumber). Very responsive, very fair, and very accommodating with schedules. Happy to give these fine folks future business and recommendations to anyone who will listen.

400 dollars les than the other guy

Another company said that since the fixture was old parts were no longer available. Replacement was the only option and $1395.00 was the quote. Gage from Jilly had the part on his truck and fixed it quickly for $249.00. I will definitely use Jilly next time I need a plumber.

Quick scheduling and great follow-up. Gage responded immediately to our busted pipe during a citywide problem due to below-freezing conditions. He returned timely to finish the job. Always pleasant, and gave us efficient service with explanation and assurance that all of our questions were answered. Made sure we had pictures to provide for insurance claims. Excellent customer service. The second time we used Jilly. I will call Jilly again in the future.

Jilly responded quickly when we entered our project, and the job was finished within a few hours. Shawn the Plummer who arrived was extremely helpful and completed the job in a short time. My job needed quick attention and Jilly and Shawn finished it the same day, it was entered in!

The best ever! I had been searching for a plumber to replace water heater that was leaking for 4 days. My son called Denny Goulet at Jilly Plumbing, and he said he would replace the water heater that same day. He worked hard until after 9 pm, and was such a very nice, pleasant man who did superior work. I always will use this company for my plumbing needs!
