The boss was very punctual and professional on the initial visit to give me an price. We scheduled a cleaning date. The crew arrived a day early and wanted to do the work then. This was not convenient for me and the husband (it was a husband/wife team) was visibly put out. They did arrive on the appointed date and did an ok job. To be fair, these windows were DIRTY, having suffered through a few years of street and other construction in our area. The boss never called to check on my satisfaction.

Very pleasant individual, workers that came also very pleasant, neat, punctual. This was a difficult job and they did it very well! Properly bonded/insured as well.
