He explained the process from start to finish. John was friendly and easy to work with. He had a 9 man crew the day they did the work and they got the job done in one day. All shingles removed/replaced with vent stacks and turbines replaced in about 6-7 hours.

Even before the sale, John was on the roof with the insurance adjuster making sure he didn't miss anything. On install day the crew showed up at 7 am and had the job completed and drove out of the driveway at 3 pm. They left a beautiful new roof behind and surprisingly, a nice clean yard and driveway. We went with the upgraded Class 4 impact resistant shingles which scored us a $300 discount on our homeowners insurance and a radiant barrier that's supposed to save on the cooling bill too. I hope I won't need a new roof soon but, if I do, I'll be calling John.
