Scott was there for us 24/7. He was real, never talked unrealistic numbers but was willing to go where we wanted to go with the house. He went above and beyond in assisting with our needs when things came up unexpectedly. If you want a realtor that is honest, knowledgeable and hard working then Scott Killian is your man. Scott is exceptionally caring, patient, reliable, and friendly individual that made me comfortable during our first meeting. I felt like I knew him all my life :)
His expertise and knowledge in the real estate business guided me with the sale price, market status and good/unreasonable offers throughout the sale process. I would highly recommend Scott for any realty needs! He is very knowledgeable of the market, was very prompt with all communications. Scott helped me sell a property that I inherited, I don’t live in the area anymore so good communications was vital. He has a great attitude and made the ordeal fun well almost!
