"First of all, I would like to extend my deepest apologies to this client. I have absolutely no excuse for missing the appointment other than an oversight on my part. I would like to emphasize that the reason that I missed the appointment was not out of disrespect to the client or his potential business. I did not mean to intentionally waste anyone’s time or money. I have contacted the client and left a voicemail extending my apologies for the error on my part and also offered to make another appointment at his convenience. Unfortunately at times I do make mistakes. I regret that it was at the cost of this client and his trust in our company. "I'm sorry this client feels that we did meet her expectations. However that being said I did not here from this client that there was an issue until several months after the job had been completed. I initially did have to reschedule to come out to see the job and address drainage issue, left message and never heard back from them. May have been a communication error on my part. Also sense so much time had elapsed since the project had been completed I did recommend a lawn applicator to come out an evaluate the sod. He reported back to me that he believed that there could have been a fungus issue. Also the client stated that the lawn applicator felt that there also was a watering issue which she disagreed with him. There never was a Insisted meeting demanded. I was happy to come back and look at the lawn to give my opinion as to what the issue was. My observation was that also could be a fungus issue present and after discussing the watering issue the client had been watering incorrectly. I had given instructions after the project had been completed. Client also has large dog that goes in back yard which can be harmful to new sod. Client also stated that she thought there was a one year warranty on grass which on contract is not expressed any warranty on grass which is common practice in the industry due to the fact that there is several things that can occur if sod is not properly maintained.i do warranty plants and trees which again is common practice in the industry. If a customer contacts me with in a few weeks that there is a few spots of sod that did not take I'm happy to replace them. Also my original report from client was a straight A report. Once again i apologize that the client felt that we were at fault with her project but I respectfully disagree with her last report. We work very hard to insure all our clients have more than positive experience with our company which I believe is reflected from our several past reports. I feel that we have done everything we can to resolve this issue."
