It was fine until we decided to move out. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They completely screwed us over when we moved out of our house after two years. Katherine that works in the office lied to cover her own a**. It's obvious that the management doesn't care, no one in the office has a clue how to do their job. We've rented from quite a few companies because we move often due to work. We also own two homes in florida one of which we rent out. I'm absolutely blown away by the unprofessionalism of this company. Yes, they may be great in the beginning, but beware!!
Description of Work: We rented from them from them for almost 2 years.

Description of Work: We are currently in the process of getting my house rented. They have shown the house several times and they are helping me negotiate prices with the client. The cost of the service is contingent upon having a contract with a renter. I am not obligated to stay with them. So far they are everything that I asked for in a management team!

Treated me horribly the whole time I have lived here, NEVER come out in a timely manner for maintenance requests, sometimes don't come out at all. My home has mold, no insulation, cracks around every window, most of my outlets have no power, and aren't grounded, and there was a broken refrigerator full of rotten food when I moved in that they refused to remove. I did not have an air conditioner compressor when I moved in and it took them THREE MONTHS to replace it. That's right, THREE MONTHS with no air conditioning in Texas. Several times when I would call I would be placed on hold, and the phone would never get picked back up, or they would hang up when they were supposedly putting me on hold. I have been treated as though my complaints are annoying and invalid. I was told to "wipe the mold off", instead of them coming out to even see it. The refrigerator full of rotten food I eventually had to hire someone to come haul away. My pantry door locks from the inside, and they never came to replace the knob or give me a key to access it when it's accidentally locked. The garage and kitchen are infested with mice. The front door does not lock, I can literally open it with two fingers even when both the dead bolt and handle are locked. There was a window broken out when I moved in and it was never replaced. NONE of my plugs were grounded, and once a maintenance man was out for 1 hour "fixing" one outlet. He eventually gave up, moved my cord to another outlet and said "That'll have to do for now.". This house is NOT fit to live in, much less pay the amount they are charging me per month.

They are probably one of the best property management companies we were dealing with. I've referred them to some friends. What I've noticed about Creel, is number one: they take care of the clients. For example, if something happens in their clients' apartment they are renting, or in the house, an electrical problem or something like that, they jump on board and they will actually ( inaudible 5:17:3) with the land owner for these repairs to be done quickly. They really look out for the tenants that are dealing with them. Whether they are good tenants or bad tenants, but what I've noticed is that they are really taking good care of the tenants. Creel does everything they can to help with issues. I actually have done electrical work for them and while I were out there, I got feedback from some of the people. They asked if I work for Creel, and I will tell them no, I am electrical outside of Creel. And they will always say good things about Creel. So that is where I get most of my info. I am not working for them now. Mostly I work for the tenants. In the last month, we were on a job in the Creel property and the guy from Creel came out to make sure the tenants were OK.
