When you need an AC repair do not call them unless you want a salesman to lie to you and try to sell you something you do not need. Wasted my time and money. I saved $12,000 by calling a real ac company who sends a tech out not a salesman. The Blue Ribbon guy who came to my house only spent 5 minutes looking at my unit and immediately said it needs to be replaced. Then tried to pressure me into buying a new unit by saying they would charge me another service fee if I change my mind. Called a different company and found out Blue ribbon gives the rest of the HVAC businesses a bad name. Shop around, find someone you trust and avoid this company.

Joe, our mini-split technician was professional, knowledgeable, explained in detail the capabilities and limitations of our unit, sent us print outs of baseline readings for future , and gave us tips on minimal maintenance I could do to insure peak performance, all done at a reasonable price. Definitely exceeded my expectations.
