paid Kenneth $500 for what he described as an “air purification test.” This was presented as a professional service, not just a walkthrough or consultation. After months of follow-up, he finally sent a vague email of personal opinions — no measurable results from a device or lab, would not clarify what type of testing equipment was used, nothing you’d expect from a legitimate test. When I calmly asked what equipment he used, Kenneth got defensive and began yelling at me over the phone. I never raised my voice. On top of that, during the same visit, he claimed we needed a $14,000 HVAC replacement. A second opinion later confirmed our system was fully functional and only needed a simple adjustment. This wasn’t just a financial inconvenience. I live with my elderly grandmother and father, and we pursued this test due to real health concerns in the home. I experience tightness, fatigue, and other symptoms when inside. The delay caused by this situation set us back in getting real answers and proper testing. We’ve now had to schedule a full mold inspection out of pocket. We’ve filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and are now pursuing legal action. I would never recommend this business. Get a second opinion. Demand real documentation. And don’t let someone like this take advantage of your household.

Excellent. Kenny Told me I needed a new unit. He told me he would order it that evening and go to Dallas the next Morning. He and his crew was at my house by 10:00 the next morning and i had Cold air by !:30

It was good. They came out when they supposed to. The price was reasonable. They did a good job. They were able to repair the issues as soon as they get the parts.
