Job went smoothly; I had some trouble getting the smart phone setup but Justin responded quickly and helped me with the information I needed. From the office to technician, the work flow was smooth. I was very pleased with the work that Tristan did on our 2 wooden Carriage style garage doors. He explained in detail how to maintain the doors and showed me some problem areas. He resolved the issues and they both work smoothly now. He did not try to oversell me on anything.

Called Mike on a Thursday and made appointment for Friday between 11 and 12. On Friday, Mike called at 10:45 saying he was 30 minutes out. Mike arrived at 11:15 and was very professional. Went over everything he was doing and recommended I get new rollers. He had an Angie's List coupon for rollers, so I decided to change my rollers as well. Mike was efficient and made sure the job was done right.

Superior Service! I'd give 10 Stars if I could. Called Mike very early Tuesday morning. Mike answered and he let me set the appointment that suited me (Plus). He gave me a max cost (Plus), and the final charge was about 40% less (Plus). He had every part needed on his Truck (Plus), and had my Door up and down within an hour (Plus). His company sticker is now on my Door. If you want honesty and a complete job, call Mike! He's the only one working on my Garage Door from now on!!!

Most guys I spoke to said they could show up in a two or three hour window. ( ex: I can have somebody there between 11 and 2. Mike had a guy in town and he could be here within the hour. That got him the job

Shawn was great. Having to replace a 17 year old garage door opener, not everything went smoothly. Shawn was patient and kind, and careful to make sure everything was right and adjusted correctly despite small issues all along the way. I recommend this company. The company was called on Tuesday and scheduled the next day. The owner arrived himself. He replaced the opener, drive and all related equipment within 90 minutes. The owner further explained the best door and rollers that we should explore if we ever need to replace existing door. We are very happy with the the finished product, a LiftMaster, the installation and the professionalism of the owner/installer. We highly recommend Mike's Overhead Door Co.
