The quality of the shed was far beyond what we had expected we would get. Every detail we could think of, plus many we didn't think of was cover by Keith's Team. They were always on time, respectful of our property and communicated thru-out the entire design and build process. We would highly recommend Custom Sheds By Keith to anyone who needs an extra special job done. Their the best contractor we've ever worked with.

I spent several months researching and getting quotes from several contractors in the area and came across Keith's website.  He sent me pictures of several buildings he has built including those that match the shed and specs I was looking for.

After emailing and meeting with Keith I decided that I would go with him.  Keith was upfront on how he builds his sheds and the quality he requires.  Once we discussed all the features I wanted in the shed he provided a quote and you get exactly want you expected and wanted. 

Keith and his crew was able to complete the shed in two days.  Each member has a specific role and each knows what the other is doing.  Also, they take great care to ensure they do not damage your house, grass, and landscaping when working..  At the end of each day he and his crew would pick up all trash and scraps. 

I have enjoyed my shed and I know due to the quality and workmanship put into the shed that is built to last.

Superb - absolutely great. The team was there every day at 7am, quietly setting up for the day, and began working with the tool around 7:30a. They worked continuously all day. Every morning there was a short 'check-in' with me, where we discussed what would be accomplished that day, what decisions (if any) needed to be made (design adjustments, etc).

During the day, while I was at work, I received text's showing the development and completed work. The work area was always cleaned up and orderly at the end of the day, the team conducted themselves incredibly professional, in every way.

I am incredibly impressed - the work was amazing, the quality of the wood, the time and effort. There is not a single thing I would change from the experience. I feel like I got a very good deal on the price, especially considering the quality of the wood and the work done.

I am happy to share pictures or answer questions - I will definitely use them again for future projects like a TinyHome in Oklahoma and highly recommend them to all.

Upon contacting Keith for a quote, he responded quickly and with a base quote with add-ons. Included many photos of builds, in process and completed, that were relatively the same as what I was asking for. This made it super easy for me to see what I wanted to include in my building and keep it within my price range. He let us know when he could put it on his schedule - about three weeks out which ended up being a week earlier (bonus) and followed up again the week of, in order to confirm the date. We had a one day rain delay, no problem.

On friday morning, Keith and his crew showed up bright and early. We were introduced to each of the crew who would be completing the job. Keith was on hand to make sure his crew knew exactly the specs requested and the placement of building... not only the location but which direction the front would be facing on the piece of land. The foundation framing happened in a heartbeat it seemed and was exactly as expected based on building specs. These guys are quick because each guy has his job and pretty soon the wall frame was up and the roof frame soon after. Wish I would have taken pictures all along the process, but that was my failure. Was too excited keeping tabs on the process. Was advised at the end of each work day what would come next. 

Keith and his whole crew are professional, highly value the quality of work they do, are excellent communicators and cleaned up their work space everyday. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for this type of shed, outbuilding or workshop.

I've never had a construction experience go off "without a hitch" - ever. Until this one, that is. In an industry stuffed with excuses and mediocrity - Keith just flat handles his business. I've thought a great deal about why things went so well. From the planning phase through the construction phase - to the final clean up and handshake; I just can't imagine it going better. I was astounded when I saw that he had no negative feedback on ANY website I visited. Can that be right? Shouldn't I hire this guy? So - I did....and so should you. Great communication throughout the build. The guys he hires and uses are a reflection of his business principles. They were all as kind as they were gifted with the tools of their trade. Just good, quality dudes. So - look around all you want. Consider all the other options because that's what you're supposed to do. When you're serious - call Keith.

Ifound Keith's Sheds shortly after I started shopping for sheds.  The price was higher than I wanted to pay.  So I shopped hard for a stock shed in the dimensions and style I wanted.  It didn't exist.  The other problem is that with EVERY other shed I looked at the quality just wasn't there. I would have settled for "okay" quality, but I learned the "stock" shed business is very competitive and they use low-grade building materials to stay competitive.  Even some of the display sheds I looked at were not holding up well.  In the end, I decided to bite the bullet and hire Keith's Sheds to build me exactly what I wanted.  

I am accustomed to working with all types of contractors....Home builders, roofers, plumbers, landscapers, etc...I have learned to have very low expectations as far as their ability to communicate.  So I was genuinely impressed with how hard Keith worked to communicate professionally.  He called when he said he would call, he came when he said he would come, the guys showed up when he said they would, there were zero gray areas as to exactly what I was going to get and exactly how much it would cost.  I would classify my custom shed as a large garden shed.  I actually enjoyed having them around for the day.  These guys worked hard.  Having spent years in the home-building business, I know craftsmen when I see them.  These guys were like Amish craftsmen.  Every time I use my shed, I marvel at it's quality.  I have zero doubt that 25 years from now, the doors will still be hanging straight and the shed won't be leaning.  

Anyone who is struggling with the decision to spend a little extra, let me give you some advice.  Whatever stock shed you are looking at multiply it's price by 3 then compare it the cost of Keith's shed.  Because Keith's shed will last longer than 3 of those other sheds.  I'm planning to retire in my home so at the end of the day, the decision to buy Keith's was easy.  So glad I did.

Keith and his work crew showed up exactly when they said they would. It took two to three days to complete construction and Keith's crew performed exactly as promised. The floor and walls are built like a well made house. Two by six floor joists make for a solid floor built to take years of use. Shelves are installed making stocking the shed easy. All the outside joints are caulked making a very tight shed. All in all, Keith and his crew are courteous and professional. He builds a very sturdy, well made shed that will last years with minimal maintenance. I have to say, Keith still practices old fashion customer service. That is a rare commodity in this day and time. He does what he says he'll do, at the time he said he would do it and exactly what he says he'll do. My only advice is to state exactly what you want and don't want. Keith will build you a shed exactly how you tell him you want it built.

Construction was done according to Keith's description.  The base of the shed was leveled before building.  The build was done with exact fit and measurements.  Excellent quality.  If their was bad weather the shed would take the abuse from the weather without doubts.  Very nice!!!  Keith and his team were very accommodating during the entire process.

My husband and I were doing a backyard makeover with arbor and grill area. I wanted a separate shed built to be converted into a small she-shed art studio. Our contractor didn't know anyone but I found Keith on Facebook. I emailed him for a quote and he returned my email promptly. We scheduled a time to meet so he could see our property. He was prompt in showing up and gave me helpful tips on what we could do.

On build day, Keith and team showed up on time, organized and ready to build. They were able to finish the build in one day. Their work is top quality and I paid exactly what he bid. They were kind and considerate protecting our property and dealing with my not-so-pleased neighbor. I would definitely recommend Custom Sheds by Keith!

Keith and his team are the best!  Totally organized, thorough, professional.  We had e-mailed back and forth for several weeks and I had researched his website (which is very easy to maneuver).  Before he started, he knew the size and type of shed and the upgrades I wanted.  He had some cancellations and was able to begin earlier than he first scheduled me for.  Once I had my permit from the city, we scheduled a construction date.  He showed up right when he said he would, unloaded their trailer and began work.  He sent me pictures during the day of their progress.  Day 2 - again showed up on time, got right to work, sent me pictures and at 1 pm called to tell me he was just about done so I could run home and pay the balance owed.  We have a beautiful, extremely well built storage shed.  Our shed may outlast our house!  It has been several weeks and we still walk into the shed and say "Wow!  Can't believe we have such a great place for storage!".  This is definitely the best experience we have ever had with a contractor.

Keith and his crew are incredible, trustworthy and very particular about his work. Everything I suggested, Keith made it happen and exceeded my expectations! I will used Keith again.

The crew signed the work on one of the foundation beams, they take such pride in their work. We couldn't be more pleased with the value and quality of what Keith built for us. When I joined the city inspector in the shed for the inspection, he was just standing in the middle admiring the work. Keith went out of his way to help us figure out what we wanted, what the city would let us have and to get it done.

The workmanship and professionalism were as excellent as you would ever hope to find. A real pleasure to work with. This shed is built like a house and is better than anything you will find anywhere. Seriously - excellent

Great job.  On time, punctual.  He and his crew know their craft well.  We had to do a last minute change on the location, and he was able to adapt to the change with no problem -- actual job and shed turned out better this way.  They stayed on schedule.  In 2 days the shed was completed.  Great quality job. I work with a lot of various contractors and Keith from is the type you want to do business with.  He scopes it, quotes it, and does it.  No surprises.  We interviewed and had others quote the job, but Keith easily emerged as the one to do business with.  (A few of the others you don't want near your property.)

Very professional, prompt and excellent work. His crew was outstanding and very hard workers. Keith supervised every minute of the construction and they finished in one week. Two days later we had torrential rain and 75 mph wind. Not a problem. It was built very strong. I have already referred him to other customers who are going to hire him. If you have something you want built give Keith a call. You will not regret it.

Keith was very prompt in getting back to us and giving us a quote. The work was started and completed on time. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend this company.

I had Keith build a 12' x 16' backyard barn. 
It started with a quick over the phone conversation followed by several back and forth emails between Keith and I until we decided on a design. 
Next Keith came and did a site visit at my house to make sure we had the space for the barn. At this point we shook hands and set a date. A few days later, Keith had a cancelling and knew I needed this done ASAP as we have a baby coming soon and wanted to clear out the garage before the due date. So he called and moved us up by a couple of weeks.
On build day, Keith and crew showed up around 7AM to unload tools and supplies. I received several pictures each day to watch the progress of the build. On the day I got home before they had left, each crew member came up and introduced themselves in a very professional manner which is very unique in the construction industry. I could not brag enough on Keith and his crew! 
As far as the actual barn, this thing was built like a house and is as solid as a rock. I asked for just about every upgrade available along with the barn style roof, double doors on one side and a steel door adjacent and I feel everything came out exactly as I had imagined and for a very reasonable price. 
 All in all this experience could not have gone better in any way. 

Although due to the wet weather we had last spring things got delayed a bit we were very pleased with our dealings with Sheds by Keith. They came out and finished the job in one day. Great people.

Great shed. Built it in 3 days from scratch. The shed is built strong like a house. Keith was a pleasure to deal with.  Very quick to respond to all of my questions before and during the build. Highly recommend Keith.
