The initial cleaning took about five hours and they did a wonderful job. The two ladies who came worked like synchronized swimmers and every room was clean when they left. I have them here every week and I have never been disappointed in the service. My stove hasn't been this clean since it was new, my floors are always clean, my bathrooms are always clean, there's no dust, no cobwebs and I'm enjoying my house again! Best decision I've made in a long time!

Lorena and Blanca did a fabulous job of deep cleaning all the rooms, even cleaning areas that I hadn't even thought about. Although they spoke very little English, with my very little Spanish we communicated well enough. They knew what they were there to do, so there was hardly anything that I needed to convey to them, except for my many thanks. I will want to use this company's services again soon.

These ladies were excellent. It took several hours to get our 1700 square foot home back in shape, but they were friendly and thorough, and I was VERY pleased with the result. I will definitely be contacting them in the future.

They spent about 5 hours and did a very good job. I brought the window sill to their attention when they were almost done and they went back and took care of it. Excellent job in the garage which still had some of our stuff.

My home is about 3400 sq ft and the initial cleaning service was $200 with a $20 discount for Angie's List members. I plan to have them clean every 2 weeks, and the charge will be $130 per time. I like things clean and was not disappointed. There were 2 ladies who did the cleaning. They arrived around 9:00am and left at 4:15pm. I was at the house for part of that time and noticed how thorough they were being. I have a bookshelf with glass pane doors--they cleaned every single glass pane. My husband likes the fact that they are bonded and insured. Gabriel--the contact person--was very responsive to any questions and conveyed how interested they were in achieving customer satisfaction.

Capital Cleaning was very easy to work with. They responded promptly by email when asked for a quote, and were very cooperative when arranging service dates. The cleaners arrived 15 minutes early, and completed the job in the estimated time period. I had booked a "move in" cleaning and the work by Capital Cleaning was thorough and well done: the house is spotless! I am very pleased with the service!

Xochih, Lovcha, and Alicia worked from approximately 9-3 on my 2000 SF home, which was a mess. They worked nonstop and converted several rooms that looked like a hurricane had struck into orderly and clean living spaces. They asked questions as appropriate and would have continued working but for the price I felt like they had done PLENTY. This is the third or fourth time I have used this cleaning service and I continue to be amazed at the value and professionalism.

It went really well. They arrived at 8:30am yesterday and cleaned the whole house. I'm not sure when they finished, but I came home from work at 3pm. When I walked up, I was pleasantly suprised right away that the porch was swept (which I don't think was part of the agreement). I walked in to a fresh, clean smelling house. All the rooms were vacuumed and dusted (including celing fans and vents). The kitchen was sparkling clean (including inside the microwave and the oven!). They put the fresh sheets I left out on the beds and made them all. They managed to get the guest bathtub (which is in dire need for porcelain resurfacing) cleaner than I've ever been able to get it. I'm very pleased, and I've already scheduled their next visit in two weeks.

Contacted Capital Cleaning Service through Angies List and received a reply from Gabriel in less than an hour. Gabriel gave us a quote and we later scheduled the service. Two of his crew showed up at exactly the time scheduled and proceded to assess the house. They started at 9am and worked straight through to 3pm. The job performed was excellent. They made our daughters bed without asking and did things other regularly don't do (door frames and all moldings). From the ceilings to the baseboards, they did it all. We even tried to find areas they didn't touch and couldn't find one. We will certainly use Gabriels serice again, hopefully on a more regular basis.

Gabriel fit me into his schedule with VERY short notice b/c I wanted to have the house clean for the appraiser who was visiting the next day. I think the job was a little bigger than they expected, bc they had to send for more help to finish, and they were still there when we got home from work. As another reviewer mentioned, I was very surprised how well they did some things...my oven has surely never been so clean since it was new! But probably because we were in the way at the end, there were a few things (cobwebs in ceiling corners, between chairlegs, under kitchen cabinets) that were overlooked. But when Gabriel called to see if I was satisfied, and I mentioned those few things, he insisted upon sending someone out to correct those issues the following day. And so it was perfect :) I have decided to invest in having them come every other week, now that I know what it's like to live in such a sparkly house!

I spoke with Gabriel and he was able to come out exactly when I needed him. I was not able to be there at the time of the cleaning so when I got home, I was met with cleanliness I had never imagined. I have used 4 other local cleaning services in my home over the past 5 years. My house has never been so clean. Gabriel called that evening to follow up and make sure everything was done correctly. We just had flooring replaced in a large section of the house and dust was everywhere. I had cleaned up enough for us to function but the two women who came to our house found every last iota of dust, grime, and dog fur. They were here for 5 hours and the house virtually sparkles, even my oven which never got that clean even with the help of its self-cleaning process. I don't think the house has been this clean (in spite of other professional cleaners from time to time) since we moved in 6 years ago. The ladies arrived right on time, maybe even a few minutes early. Although their English is not strong, we communicated well with each other and they were always pleasant and professional. Never having been in our house before, they nevertheless knew exactly where they would begin and end and got right to work. They were quiet and so effecient. My husband and I were very impressed. Although they brought all their own supplies, I requested that they use the cleaner and mop I had for the new floors and they readily agreed. I had also requested the drapes in our bedroom be vacuumed as well as the air intake grate in the hallway. They agreed with a smile. Lastly, Gabriel called within hours of the work having been completed to see what my experience was. I will absolutely call this company again.

I am so impressed with the work performed by Capital Cleaning. From the baseboards to the ceiling fans, my house is immaculate. It feels clean. The team of three women arrived promptly at 9am and stayed until after 4pm. They were very pleasant and hardworking. The following day I received a call from the owner to see if I was satisfied with their work. I told him I was thrilled and made an appoinment for Capital Cleaning to come again in three weeks. I highly recommend them.

I contacted Capital Cleaning Service after reading several excellent reviews on Angie's List. As it turns out, maids were available the morning I called, and were able to clean my 2100 square foot house that day. The two women who came out were at my house from 11:15am until around 6pm and did an excellent job cleaning the entire house, including blinds and oven. I only discovered a couple of small, difficult to reach spots that hadn't been dusted, which I consider to be very good compared to our prior service. As an added bonus, I noticed the maids cleaned off the outside of our front door on their way out. I was contacted via email that evening to check to see if everything was cleaned as per my expectations, which I appreciated. Based on the results of the first cleaning, we decided to continue with biweekly cleanings. The second cleaning was also very good, and I'm very happy so far with the service Capital Cleaning has provided. The price for the initial cleaning seemed high, but in retrospect was quite reasonable given the fact that the blinds and oven were cleaned, and the price for biweekly cleanings is also better than our previous provider. One thing to note is that credit cards are not accepted. For the most recent cleaning we simply left a check out for the maids. Also, as we discovered with our prior service, the maids spoke little English. Overall, I would highly recommend Capital Cleaning.

In brief, I've used this service for 3 months on and off. The off was do to remodeling. They do the job as promised with a friendly attitude. My only complaint would be that sometimes the team sent speaks very little English.

It went excellent. We have tried another cleaning service in town that does a very basic job, for a high fee. This experience was the opposite. I found Capital Cleaning Service on Angie's List and called because of all the good reviews. I didn't want a super thorough "first time" clean, because the house we've been house-sitting in is already kept in great shape. That said we've been here for a month and I wanted it to be fresh when our friend gets home. I figured it would take 2 people 2 hours, so 4 hours total, as the house isn't so large. I didn't want to spend $120+ on a pretty basic cleaning job. I called and spoke with Gabriel and offered him $60 for the 4 hours of service ($15/hr. per person). I know that isn't normally how they work, but as this isn't a house we will be cleaning again in the future, he agreed. The women were very thorough and professional. Far more than I expected considering what I was paying. Every room was lovely and fresh when they finished. It was FAR beyond the basic dust and vacuum that the other company did. The women ended up staying an hour longer than what I proposed and I went ahead and added an extra $20 to the original agreed upon price (nobody asked for extra), for a total of $80. It was well worth it. I think ultimately the standard prices they charge may be comparable to that of the other service, but clearly for a LOT more value. Well done. We'll call them again.

We had an excellent experience. The supervisor we talked to on the phone was very friendly, had no problem taking our Angie's list coupon, and got our appointment set up ASAP. The cleaning crew (2 people, then 3 later) arrived right on time the next day. They spent a lot of time and care to really, really clean deeply. I had no idea how much dust we had until it was all gone! They dusted *everything*. The wood floors and wood furniture came out especially good. Would definitely use them again, and will likely start up at least monthly service.

Gabriel and I totally communicated via email. He answered my questions immediately. 2 women cleaned my house for 7.5 hours. They did a fantastic job, the entire house was shining. My biggest problem with most cleaning services has been the light dusting with a swiffer type brush. These women actually picked things up and manually wiped items. They dusted my blinds, ceiling fans (brought their own ladder), base boards, knick knacks, ect.. They worked the entire time they were at my house and didn't take any breaks. When I first received the quote from Gabriel, I hesitated because of the cost. $180 with the 10% discount. It was worth every penny. Highly recommend and well definitely use regularly. I only had two very minor issues. The women were about 20 min late and they didn't speak any English.

Gabriel responded quickly to my email. He called to set up an appt with me. Nothing missed his inspection. He looked @ lighting, windows, blinds, door frames, corners, crown molding, base boards, faucets, sinks, all appliances, carpets, tile floors, furniture, everything in the bathrms. He does what i call "a touch inspection" ---he runs his fingers over everyhing to see the amount of dust present. Embarrassing but thorough! After his walk through, he quoted us a price & after we accepted, set up a time for the ladies to come in. He has been available any time I need to get in touch with him. Gabriel is very professional & personable.My experience with Capital Cleaning Service has been wonderful.
