Excellent crew. Our house was in pretty sad shape and they cleaned it up and it looks wonderful. The only reason I didn't rate them a full 5 was there was a little lack of communication. Nothing serious because ultimately everything was taken care of. There were a couple of areas where the paint was a little light. When I talked to our project manager, Paul, he came right out and corrected it. It was strange because as prompt as he was and thorough, he left without a word of goodbye. Silly? Probably but it left a feeling of having been a bother. I would recommend Vivax because they really did a wonderful job.

The people that worked on my house was very professional, and considerate. They explained every set that would be taken to make sure that we received the best service that they give to their customers. One thing that I really liked is that they put in writing that you pay after the job is complete and if you didn't like something they fixed, changed or would re-do if necessary. Loved the service will most certainly hire for other jobs.

Excellent customer service and scheduling. I particularly liked the schedule and list they provide you on what needs to be done and when....your tasks, their tasks....very organized! Great team!

They have not completed the job as there are some things they need to finish up. Also I asked for a new itemized statement showing the 10% discount I was suppose to get and I have not seen that.

They stood behind there job and fixed all problems without any problem, good people.

Great but the I did not have them do the staining work because they refused to use anything but Sherwin Williams stain and I did not like the color selection.

Every step of the process was professional and completed at the time that was arranged. We were very satisfied with the professionals we worked with. Our on-site professional, Keith Cone, was available to the painting crew and to us as the crew moved through the painting. Every step was completely explained to us.

We just had our 35-year-old house with deck and stairs painted by Vivax ~ What a fabulous, professional organization! From the time we called for an estimate to the completion of the job, we were impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of everyone we worked with. Some old wood trim had to be replaced. the entire project had to be scraped. Sanding had to be done in some areas. Karlyn, our Project Manager, and Boris, our Foreman, were amazing! The Crew was thorough and did a beautiful job! We chose to get the six-year warranty, which we know the buyers of our home will appreciate! This company is extremely organized. They tell the clients how they will complete the project--and then, amazingly, they do just as they promised. Our experience was problem free---completed quickly--done perfectly--with no mess left behind--no disturbing the neighbors and no letting the dog out. I'm picky and they pleased me. We plan on calling them when we have the interior painted. Thanks for the referral.

Vivax Pros is not the cheapest quote you will receive, but they are competitive. I have had them paint two different houses and I am impressed by their professionalism and ability to do the complete job - from repair of weathered siding, broken down or leaking gutters, replacing trim work and of course good paint prep work and painting quality. They have people who specialize in the different aspects of getting the house ready to paint and then the painting itself. Good company to deal with.
