I was provided with a start date to paint the exterior of our home and then contacted to find out if they could start early as they had finished another job. I was very pleased! The prep and painting workmanship were great! Everything from the initial contact, estimate and crew were outstanding. I would definitely rehire Vivax Pro Painting.

they were polite, prompt, mostly careful, and followed up on issues. I say mostly careful because my brand new washer got chipped when moved back in place. However, they repaired the chip when it was pointed out. I thought it was overpriced but maybe I do not know what such things cost.

Great job. Project manager Casey and Jesus paint crew were wonderful. Kept in constant contact working around roof and gutter install after hail storm. Vivax had to reschedule several times to accommodate roofers who were so behind could not give timeline for completing job which end up taking 2 weeks between roof and gutter install. Work was neat clean and well organized finishing in little less than 1 and half days. Thanks for job well done.

Great experience overall. The estimator conducted an extremely thorough walk-thru to get an accurate estimate and explained every step in detail to me -- very pleased! They offer three different levels of paint durability/warranty to choose from -- I think the mid-range is probably worth the price. Definitely take advantage of the discounted paint samples. Although it took awhile to get scheduled, the job itself went quickly and smoothly, and they accommodated my being out-of-town by sending photos. Thanks!

Vivax has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Very thorough and professional. They were even patient with all of my questions about picking the best color! There was some miscommunication about what was and what wasn't going to be painted certain colors (probably both of our faults) but there was never even the slightest hesitation about them fixing it quickly and making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. They were also able to work with our existing lead paint which a lot of companies won't even touch. Would definitely use this company again.

I had a great experience with Vivax from the start, with Rebecca to the finish, with Hunter. Everyone was professional, courteous and available during the whole process. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

We had some weather delays but once the job was started it was done in a professional manner. We are pleased with the result.

Good attention to detail

I have had door hangers and doorbell rings from Vivax for years, and that's why I was NEVER going to use them. However, when we wanted our trim painted, they were the only professionals of those we called who were willing to do stain to paint on trim only. They kept in good contact with me and the painters were pleasant to have in the house. The project manager, Chris, even came by to do some touch-ups a couple of weeks after the job was done and the walkthrough completed, as there was one spot we had just all missed noticing that whole time.

Yes, I have a Manufactured Mobile Home. This is the 1st time I painted my house and I wanted to be extra special ! My project was $1500.00 more than I had saved and my trim work didn't match the color in my head. Trim work turned out Olive Green instead of a warm Brown. They wouldn't fix the color, either. No Senior Discounts :'-( Customer service wasn't the greatest, you get transferred to different people all the time, can't reach out for any help. NO follow ups, NO questions. NO concerns. NO nothing ! I am very, very disappointed with this company ! NOT RECOMMENDED ! :'-(
