My primary care physician referred me to the Urology Team for a vasectomy. After researching the providers, I selected Dr. Hardeman for the procedure. The initial consultation was very brief, but thorough. Dr. Hardeman inquired about family and medical history, addressed the procedure's risks and my questions. My wife and I arrived about 20 minutes early for the procedure. Administrative staff quickly processed me in. Nursing staff provided medication, explained the procedure, and answered questions. About 10 minutes later (for the medication to kick in), Dr. Hardeman arrived and inquired about any questions. The procedure itself was quick and uneventful. Dr. Hardeman was professional and cordial, explaining what he was doing and what I could expect throughout the procedure. The procedure took about 15 minutes.

She is fantastic. I have been lucky to go to have seen this very good doctor. The only two negative things are; she works at several locations and it's difficult to make an appointment with her. She was very helpful with my recurring problem.

I have been going to him for 6 years, I am very happy with him. He is a very caring doctor. He is not one of these guys who will run you in and out quickly. He is a genuine person who is concerned about your well being.

My first appointment with Dr. Jones was amazing. He set me up with a Pain Specialist and Physical Therapist, whom I saw that day and the following day. Can't get faster service than that. I'm not looking for miracles but I felt Dr. Jones' was and is motivated to help me until this problem is solved. He has a plan. I like that. All my previous doctors were and quot;let's see what happensand quot; and then it was always guesswork after that and pushing pain medications on me with no regard to their side effects. I am very pleased with my new dr. and know that my future is going to be brighter.

I was a patient of Dr. Chopp, I was having issues with my prostate. With out digressing into my symptoms; I contacted the Urology Team triage line after hours on 2 different occasions and Dr. Kansas was the "on call" physician. I received no call back either time from Dr. Kansas or his staff. I had been prescribed a medication by a different doctor at the Urology Team and it wasn't even listed on my medical records. Avoid these people.

Terrible billing department. It has taken months to figure out a simple overcharge and now there is a and quot;supposedand quot; visit that wasn't charged with the excuse that the insurance company didn't process the claim.An easy online check of service dates and the processing date shows this to be not true, but I guess theyare trying to cover up their mistakes. Very frustrating overall. They probably need to increase their billing staff because you shouldn't be billed eight months later for a visit!I haven't been able to check bank records to see if I ever paid this visit because I have changed banks and myonline bill pay history is not easily accessed. So onward. This visit should have been written off for purecustomer service problems. What a waste of my time!

Dr Kansas is very down to earth and will spend as much time as needed to answer questions. He fully explained the test procedures for the biopsy and spent time with my wife and I to explain the results and our options. Even though he did not perform my surgery (I chose to go to a specialized cancer center in Houston), I will go back to him in years to come for followups.

I had a surgery in September, 2011. I liked that their bedside manner particularly.

They have been very effective. I would recommend them to a friend or family member.

I have been seeing him for 8 or 10 years. He is always easy to talk to and he will answer your questions. He always makes me feel comfortable. He explains everything to you in detail before the procedure takes place.

She is very attentive and keeps her patients in mind. If she finds something new, she doesn’t wait for you to come in; she calls you and lets you know. She is proactive. It is tough to get in to sometimes. It is a very friendly office. She sees her patients on time.

He did an ultra sonic diagnostic. The one thing he did and I am grateful to him for was that he put me in on trial research study for treatment of enlarged prostrate. I have been under him from last November and I received treatment for the procedure and some people got the placebo but I got the real stuff. He has almost cured me. He was the one who basically recommended it.

Dr enson has a great bedside manner. She is friendly, easy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable during treatment. Highly recommended.

This doctor appeared to be indifferent and nonchalant and showed poor medical knowledge when he took my husband off meds for his prostate cancer and the cancer spread. Prior to that he offered no radiation treatment. We went to a different doctor who immediately treated with with radiation and he's doing better now.

I like working with Dr Geisler. He is friendly, direct and honest. He seems to know his business and is interested in keeping up with the science and practice of urology in general and prostate treatment in specific. He seems to seek a balance between not doing excessive procedures, but doing them when the situation really calls for it.

Dr. Hardeman recently had me tested for cancer, which he confirmed that I did not have. He is very gentle and always lets me know what to expect and when to expect it.

She is one of the most caring and compassionate physician I have ever met.

He is very knowledgeable and has a very good reputation. He has a very good bedside manner. His staff is very nice too.
