+ -1 moreI signed a contract in the amount of $9,500.00 with TSC Construction which is owned by David Vincent on 8/14/2010 to replace the roof on my house. I put down a deposit in the amount of $4,750.00. Under the terms of the contract, work was to start on 8/26/2010. Work did not start on 8/26/2010. I requested two things David Vincent, released from the contract and a refund of my deposit. David Vincent agreed to release me from the contact and refund my deposit on 9/3/2010. The refund was never received.

Description of Work: We had hail damage. Our home owners insurance approved our claim. We had $2500 deductible and TSC worked with us so we wouldnt have to pay much above the dedctible although we upgraded the roof from a 20 to a 30 year roof. TSC was very responsive, punctual, courteous and completed the roof professionally as promised.
