Truly Clear Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing

It was an Angie's List deal that made me think about window cleaning.  Now I have my calendar marked for ever March to call John at Truly Clear annually.  What a difference clean windows and shined screens makes!  Your home is lighter and brighter, it looks great from the street, and you can see everything more clearly from inside.  I was so impressed with John's professionalism and personality that I had him power wash my house and drive.  The nice thing is that you don't know how dirty your drive and windows are until they are cleaned.  His prices are very reasonable, it does not take that long, and John is a good guy.  What are you waiting for?

John came out and provided an estimate pretty quickly.  He said that our house didn't need an intense wash, which I appreciated, since that cut down the price.  The day they came out there was potential for storms, so they couldn't use their metal ladders. They did what they could on the lower areas and interior windows, then came back out a couple days later to do finish it up. They took all the solar screens off the windows and stacked them on the patio (we wanted to leave them off when we list the house to sell, but they normally would have washed them and put the screens back on).  They also cleaned the window tracks, although some weren't cleaned out very well  (they were pretty dirty to start with though).  Wow, we have light in our house again!!  The windows are beautiful, and the 3 yr old dirty egg stain came off the brickwork!  Our limestone back patio looks better than it did when we moved in 13 yrs ago!

I used an opportunity with a Big Deal with Angie's list. I also paid extra for other things I wanted.   They were  very professional.  I enjoyed the experience.

There was a coupon offered for window cleaning which  I purchased on February 28.  I had until June 28 to use it, so there was plenty of time to arrange a convenient time to do so.  When I made the appointment I was given a 30 minute window for arrival, and they were right on time.  They were very professional, polite and wasted no time in getting started.  They wasted no time on the job, and the windows look wonderful!

Overall, three men arrived in a truck. They washed windows. I ate breakfast and read the paper. For me it was a perfect way to wash windows!

John and team were extremely professional from start to finish.  He did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it.  I have a standard process that I use when selecting a new vendor from Angie's list.  I take 3-4 suppliers that all have A ratings with a significant number of ratings and invite them to provide estimates.  I select the company based on a combination of price and professionalism during the bidding process.  I take care to make sure I do an "apples to apples" comparison with the bids. In this case, I believe that going with Truly Clear saved me about $200 (in excess of 20%) and the service was outstanding.  I will recommend them to others and call them directly next time I need my windows cleaned.

John and his crew arrived on time. John looked around the house and gave me an estimate first. I had a coupon from Angie's List for exterior window washing. Most of the windows applied, but I did have some French windows with lots of panes. He said that those were not covered by the coupon, but he still gave me a discount on them. I also asked him to clean the inside of the windows. John and his crew were efficient and polite. John said that his work was guaranteed. I had a question about some dirty screens, and I called him the following day. He answered promptly and said that to clean screens was an additional charge. He had cleaned the front ones as a courtesy because they were really dirty. I had misunderstood that cleaning all screens was included, and he offered to clean the rest at no charge. I now know that he normally charges $2.50 per screen. I was impressed by his service and professionalism. My windows look great!

It was an excellent experience.  The team was very friendly.  They arrived promptly and did every window and the service was high quality.  I will definitely use them again and will recommend them. 

I saw a  special advertised on Angie's List and made an appt. with John.  I had to change the appt. and he was very nice about it and set another date that was good for both of us. As I said in my report he and his crew removed the screens and washed the windows (19) inside and out quickly, efficiently, and well done. The entire crew (3) were fun to talk to and very polite. I paid 57.00 extra to have the windows washed on the inside as the special was for exterior only and am I glad I did..they were really dirty. The service was very good.  All the windows look great.  The owner was very pleasant and easy to work with.  They offered to do the inside windows for a reasonable rate but I opted not to have this done because of furniture placement, etc...

Their pricing was very good. They were very professional and friendly. The guys spent a lot of time doing the job. They came back another day to do a window that they could not clean properly. I would definitely use them again. They are very nice people. They went out of their way to make sure that every window was clean, and they came back again to make sure the windows were clean.

Their name accurately reflects the service they provided because my windows are truly clear. My neighborhood does not have good water so I had lots of white water spots on the outside windows and screens, plus an accumulation of dust and grime. John and his associate arrived right on time and when they left I could see the difference. Not only could I see clearly out the windows, they made our 15 year old screens look very nice. I signed up to have them come again in 6 months. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with and I heartily recommend them to anyone needing a window cleaning service.

I purchased a big deal from them. They have not reponded to my requests asking for an invoice explaining the work that was done. I need a summary of the additional charges for what was charged in addition to my big deal charges.

John and his crew were extremely professional, very nice, and did a fantastic job. We will be using them again for more work soon. Another thing we liked is that John was honest. We called him out for window cleaning, but we are getting some windows replaced in a few weeks. John pointed out the mildew issues we had going on and suggested that we take care of that first, instead of the windows, and then he would come out and do the windows once they are replaced. He was honest about where we should focus first.

Arrived on time and quickly washed the exterior portion of the windows; pointed out an issue with the spray from the swimming pool cleaner, which we will resolve at a later date. Owner even offered to pick up the part for the pool cleaner as he knew which one it needed and had installed it on his own pool; saving me the hassle of trying to figure out which one to get and then installing it.

Wow! I am sitting by the window staring through the unbelievably clear glass and shiny screens at my pristine patio and house. I don't think the house, windows, patio or drive looked this good on the day we bought it new 10 years ago. John, was prompt in returning my calls and responding to questions in advance of my appointment. He arrived on time and provided some good suggestions with no high-pressure sales at all. Both John and his co-worker were professional, friendly, and polite. I feel like I made new friends. More importantly, I am confidant that I have found a new business that I will use in the future and that I can happily recommend to my friends. You will be very happy with any work Truly Clear performs!

Our house posed numerous challenges and John and Luke definitely went the extra mile... showing us how to limit stains from pool, referring us to places to get screens repaired. Professional in every way. We will definitely use this service again!

The following day I received a call from John letting me know that he was on the way, but running a few minutes late due to traffic. Once he and Luke showed up, they wasted no time in getting to work - inside first, then outside. They took pains to protect my wood floors - even taking their shoes off. My windows are sparkling clean and I couldn't be happier.

It has been two months since my window cleaning and I don't remember the exact cost but whatever it was (between $50 and $100) it was well worth it! John and his employee did an excellent job on making my two story town home windows sparkle. I particularly wanted the job done before having Christmas guests and I was very pleased. Both gentlemen were just that, gentlemen, very polite and courteous. I was very pleased and would not hesitate to use Truly Clear again.

Great. Bought the $ 90 Best Deal through Angies's, but went on to add the flagstones, deck and windows. His price for the extra items was extremely reasonable.John was easy to reach and set up an appointment with. John and his crew were prompt, flexible and very efficient. they did a great job. End result was a great job at a great price. Would definitely use them again.
