Description of Work: I"d really give them a B+. It was mostly an issue of coordination and communication. They installed cut off valves on relevant pipes, hooked up plumbing to the tub and toilet, and installed sinks in my townhome. | |They did a good job, but service was done in pieces, so it took a couple of weeks to get all the things done vs coming out, figuring what they needed to do, and doing it. When I called the office at least once, the person on the phone had zero idea about this job. | |They are located close to the townhome, so they were finally able to coordinate getting it done, and when finished, everything was ok.

Description of Work: I had a kitchen and bathroom faucet replaced with new faucets that I had purchased. A plumber and assistant arrived on time, introduced themselves, and got to work. The plumber went out of his way to educate me on the need to pour bleach in a drain tube that connected from the air conditioner to the bathroom drain. He even showed me where it was in the attic. Would definately use again.

Description of Work: I have used this company twice recently: first to repair a broken faucet in the kitchen and, more recently, to replace a broken faucet outside the house. In both cases, the representatives worked fast and did the work to my complete satisfaction. Furthermore, they helped me understand and anticipate potential problems and how I might avoid them. Yes, I would recommend this plumbing company.

Description of Work: David Watson, service tech/plumber, provided courteous, professional service. The work (removal and replacement of a garbage disposal) took approximately 45 minutes. It would have taken less time but-for Mr. Watson's occasional work-stoppage to answer an occasional question from me regarding the job. Mr. Watson was very polite and professional in taking the time to answer my questions prior to resuming the work. He completed the job, leaving no mess. Prior to leaving, he made sure to answer any additional questions I had. He also took a moment to see if there was anything else I needed repaired. (I did not, at that time; however, I would not hesitate to use his services again in the future.)

Description of Work: Clogged drain at Christmas! They came out right after Christmas, found the problem right away and fixed it. Very professional and nice.

Description of Work: I referred my daughter (Khadija) to Touchstone. They checked the heater and called her stating that she needed a new heater. I called them later that day (about 2:30 PM) to ask for an estimate to replace the heater. I was told that they will calculate and call me back. Since I did not hear from them that day, I called someone else to take care of the heater. The following day someone from Touchstone just showed up to replace the heater. We told them that someone else will do the job. Touchstone billed my daughter $89.00, for no service. She was never informed that there would be a charge for going to the home. Very disappointed.
