Description of Work: They did a great job and were punctual and professional. The only problem I had was they left a limb in my neighbor's yard and a limb hanging from my tree. Neither dangerous. But just not a totally thorough clean up. However, they cleaned up everything else, including a large limb that was down before they arrived.

Description of Work: A professional arborist visited my home and did an assessment, after which he provided an explanation for the entire job. This cost $85, and was well worth it. We discussed, and I planned a partial job, with roof clearing being my main objective. We agreed on a price on the spot, but the office followed with a written proposal and an appointment. The crew and a second arborist appeared punctually and finished a bit early, so they offered to do some quick trimming of a few additional trees. The office followed with an invoice the next day. I found this company to be a pleasure to employ in all aspects.

Description of Work: I have two large pecan trees in my yard. The largest one is about 80 years old and hangs over the house. A couple of years ago it was dropping limbs like crazy. We had the Monkeys work on the trees for two days and they haven't dropped a limb since and they have shaped out very nicely. A few weeks ago we had them come back out to do some tune-up work on them which also went very well. I am very pleased with their skill and professionalism and plan to continue to use them. Sure, they tend to be a bit more expensive but this huge tree hangs over my 100 year old home and keeping it healthy is not an option. They are doing a great job.

Description of Work: REMOVED FALLEN TREE BRANCH THAT WAS WEDGED BETWEEN HOUSE AND FENCE; ALSO NOTED SPOTS WHERE THERE WAS SOME MOLD AND REMOVED THOSE BRANCHES SO THAT MOLD COULD NOT SPREAD TO REST OF TREE; CUT ALL BRANCHES and LIMBS INTO FIREWOOD AND ANYTHING THAT WAS TOO SMALL THEY MULCHED.
