I was told that my job would be scheduled between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. and I would receive a call 30-minutes before the technician was to arrive. The technician called at 11 and was at my house within 30 minutes. He measured the square footage of my tile areas, which qualified me for a current special rate on the tile and grout cleaning. After he told me the estimate for the job, I signed a form giving my approval to proceed. He worked alone, quickly and efficiently, and was done by 1:30 p.m. I'm very happy with the results. My tile and grout are light beige and every speck and spill shows up. The grout looks like new. The tech moved the furniture in the carpeted areas and placed pieces of styrafoam under the wooden legs to prevent damage from the damp carpet. I will use them again in the future.

The technician, Mario, arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He did a thorough job and finished in a timely manner. I was very happy with the way my carpets looked afterwards. I was also pleased that he left me a complimentary bottle of carpet spot remover. I will definitely use The Steam Team for carpet cleaning in the future.

The Steam Team representative showed up on time and was extremely professional and polite. He did a very nice job on the work. I chose a "green" formula that did not have any scented perfume in it, which also did not treat any odors in the fabric. I would recommend a different formula of cleaner if you have a situation with odor.

They were punctual and took care of all the spots. They were in and out in about an hour. I would recommend them to others. There was one spot that they couldn't get out without an additional charge and product but they told me how to take care of it on my own. I would really rather have had them just knock it out since but for $75 extra that seems a little steep for a spot.

I had the vendor come to my house to steam clean all rooms. The tech who worked the job was extremely sloppy - each time he moved from room to room he kept banging his steamer against my walls causing knicks and dings. To top it off, he kept walking in and out my house to clean out the filter from the van side so as he walked backed into my house he tracked dirt from outside into my house again even on the newly steamed carpet. I had to talk him into wearing shoes mitts to stop him from trashing my work. Stay away from this company.

The K&M team came to our house to clean a couple rooms. We recently had another company clean the house so we were not expecting the guys to clean more than the living room. While they were at the house, they noticed a spot in the carpet that needed patching and offered that service. I was unaware that they offered carpet repair service, so I appreciated the suggestion. After they cleaned the carpet, the difference in color was very obvious. We won't wait as long to have them out next time.

The tile, especially the grout was cleaned amazingly well with the initial visit. My house is an older house and I doubt the tile had ever been cleaned. The grout basically went from brown/black to white with the cleaning. There are still a few, light residual stains in places, but it was an amazing transformation. The carpet looked clean after the initial visit, but, upon drying, it turns out the cleaning process had wick'ed up older stains that were not visible prior to cleaning. I called them and they sent someone back to make a second pass on the carpet at no cost, spending even more time on the carpet than the first time. The second pass resulted in very clean carpet. Overall, I was very impressed by the responsiveness and diligence of the company. The prices were very reasonable for the services provided.

Placed order with the company over the phone and arranged the date and time with my schedule. They were there on time and did a "A" job. Their price was a little higher than others but well worth the cost as I have learned the hard way before....

After my husband hosted his brother's bachelor party, we had vomit on my very expensive couch. I thought it was ruined, and I was extremely upset. The man was late, but he made the couch look brand new. I couldn't believe it. I really thought we were going to have to haul it to the dump. I would definitely use them again.

The nice man who did the job was incredible. He was professional, on time, and he worked so h****** the sofa, which really needed cleaning. He also gave some helpful hints and tips about how to care for the sofa in between cleanings. I will definitely use these guys again.

Technician was very friendly. However, he did not replace the air filter after vacuuming it off, so our ducts were accumulating unfiltered dust for a solid week after his visit. It would have been 3 months of dust accumulation and unfiltered air if we hadn't gone out to by a new filter shortly thereafter and discovered the error when we tried to replace the old one. A member of our household has low immunity due to chemotherapy, so the cleanliness of the air in our house is very important. They were supposed to help, not create a higher risk. Also, we were dismayed that the technician required us to write out our credit card information on a form rather than scan it electronically. And (though we have no proof that this transaction was related), two days later someone tried to use our credit card at an online store. Anytime you write your credit card number down and give it to someone, you've created a security risk. They should have credit card scanners!

We do thorough background checks on every employee we hire and take potential theft accusations very seriously. We have cooperated with the homeowner on the matter and will continue to do whatever it takes to resolve the situation. Since this report we have taken action. Within the next month all of our trucks will have computers with credit card scanners. It is a substantial investment that not many service companies can claim, but if it improves the quality of experience for our customers we have an obligation to do it. I was able to schedule within a few days of calling. the company called 30-45 minutes before the appointment. the technician, Leo showed up on time. Leo was very professional. He was friendly, answering any questions, and explaining the process since we have never done this before. He went right to work on the ducts, showing me various ducts and vents that were moldy and that these would be thoroughly cleaned. He worked steadily for approximately 3 1/2 hours. He suggested getting the antimicrobial fog since my husband has been suffering fronm allergies. I did not want that at first. Leo informed me that the antimicrobial fog would kill mold and mildew and that might even be more helpful for my husband's allergies and we could just do that now. I still was not sure and Leo did not pressure me. I did decide later to have the fogging done. Leo was OUTSTANDUNG . He was friendly, helpful, courteous, careful on our new wood floors and put towels under his ladder feet so it would not scratch our new floors, and worked hard the entire time he was in our home. I would ask for him again. The house smelled cleaner after he was done. I would highly recommend The Steam Team to anyone.
