It is important to us that you know this is not our normal standard of customer service. We did search through our voicemails, as our system does keep them all on file for us, and did not find anything under your name. However, if the name is not the same on the phone registration, or if you have it listed as anonymous, we would not be able to check those. If you are willing to provide us with your contact information ( phone number ) we can do a more in depth search. Our policy is to respond to all calls the same day if possible and if not by the following morning. I am sorry that did not happen in your instance.
