We hired Texbest to upgrade our living and dining areas before moving in. Glades did a very professional and thorough job on the install. She was very helpful throughout the process, especially guiding us with the available options. The job was completed on time, and was consistent with the quote provided. It has been around 10 months since the upgrade, and we have no issues to report.

Most went well, the project drug on for 3 weeks longer than forecast. Some tiles had to be reglued in the dining room All in all, it was over a year ago from completion & we are very happy. Get all committed on paper.

We hired TexBest to remodel 2 bathrooms and install wood floors.  It took 6 months to remodel a bathroom we were told would take two weeks.  Glades assured us that the second bath would take 3 days. This was last October.  After we agreed to let them do the second job they demoed it the next day.  No one showed up again for two weeks.  When they did show they installed the wrong tile. We agreed to keep it since removing it meant taking down all three walls of tile.  The painter painted the edge of the tile that showed so they tried to correct it with a 1/4 round tile that didn't work.   They had to take off the tiles that were painted then install more tile over the parts of the walls that was destroyed by taking off the 1/4 round.  The cabinets were antiqued and the paint started peeling after a few weeks.  
The wood floors look nice except one that the stain has come off, missing trim and wrong color caulk.  TexBest won't respond to my asking who the manufacturer is so I can contact them about it.
We have had no contact from TexBest since April.  My husband stayed home two days in April waiting on the painter that Glades said was "on his way" and never showed.  We have sent many texts and made many calls and have had no response since April.  I have photos of all the things that need to be finished concerning the wood floors and bathroom.

The bottom line is Glades and her crew talk a good talk. They make you feel confident in their abilities and knowledge, but they are simply out for your money and have no pride in workmanship. If you would like details, please message me.

Glades was very punctual and came out twice for estimate and floor choices and was always available by phone.

Installed everything as planned. When there was a problem, the owners were right there to help look over the situation and fix it to our satisfaction.

Gladys was attentive, helpful and involved with the entire process from start to finish. We installed wood floors, granite countertops, built out our fireplace and replaced our sink.

Glades is a wonder to work with. She has a great eye for detail and is always available when you have a question. TexBest coordinated my remodel and it looks fabulous, from a new kitchen and guest bath, to new flooring throughout our home.  Their turn-key operation is very helpful when you can easily get in over your head when it comes to details.  This is certainly a trusted source contact when you need a large remodel planned out, or just simply flooring.  Their design ideas and color coordination are exceptional.

Over all the quality of work was fine. She was suppose to fix a couple things. It was harder to get them to come back. They were fine.

The quality of the hardwood flooring and carpet is excellent.  However, the area to be carpeted was not measured correctly and since there was none available at the local warehouse, I had to wait for the additional carpet to come from the factory. The project took over two weeks longer than estimated.  The owner seldom went to the jobsite requiring me to drive to the house location frequently to check on the work being done.

We just happened into the store on the weekend looking for a laminate that was as much like wood as we could find. We wanted something durable, yet having the beauty of wood. As I was talking to Ronnie, he said that I could get engineered wood for the same price as the laminate and it was gorgeous! They measured that afternoon and a couple of weeks later, they were installing my floors. They had a very good quote that was had everything included. They did not charge extra for carpet removal and they even threw in some work for free. (they installed the tile around my fireplace with tile we had already purchased somewhere else.) They were easy to work with and the workmanship was superb! I will use them whenever I wish to do more work in my home and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for flooring.

I spent approximately $2000 for their service. It was excellent. I would recommend them. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

They were phenomenal. They did a very good job. They were very fast and professional. When any problem arose, they handled it quickly and very professionally.
