 + 0 moreTheir responsiveness was excellent. I've always enjoyed them and they are close by and local. They did the job and they educate me. They give me lots of information on what they are doing and how. They mainly rely on hot water and other things. I was concerned about chemicals. I've used them before because we have old carpets.
Description of Work: I use Sunshine Fabric Cleaning & Restoration for carpet cleaning. They were last here for a quick clean on the traffic areas and they sanitized a mattress.

 + -1 moreThis should not be so unusual! I called them, they answered the phone, the gave an estimate, they communicated with me when the estimate had to be modified, they were polite, they picked up punctually and returned our rug punctually. They were friendly and cheeful. I will definately use Sunshine Fabrics again.
