I called and the guy diagnosed my problem over the phone despite me being outside my service area, and told me exactly how to solve it (I need to get the manufacturer to come do the repair). He was clearly really knowledgeable and I would definitely hire him for future work if I were inside his service area.

Prompt efficient informative service.The great work we expect from Guy. We have used him five times and always have been satisfied.

Called on a Monday to request service, reached VM. Guy (the company owner and apparently the lead tech, or possibly the only one) returned the call about an hour later, listened to details of the issue, stated he was onsite with clients at the moment but asked me to send details of washing machine (model and serial #) via text and he would call us back that evening. Called us that evening as promised and advised of likely causes of issue and costs involved with fix for each. We then scheduled him to come out four days later (the soonest he had available). He arrived on time that day, diagnosed the problem within five minutes, and had it corrected shortly thereafter (fortunately the issue was the cheaper of the two possible issues he had discussed with us beforehand). If we need any additional appliance repair work done, Guy and his company will be right at the top of the list.

Excellent - start to finish. Trouble-shot and ordered boards on Wed. Made repairs on Mon. I was going to fix the range myself, having found the repair kit on Amazon, and asked Guy if that made sense. Told me he had a kit in the truck and fixed the range for free, as my AL discount. Professional and personable, 3 appliances repaired for under $450. We should keep this man very busy. _ag

On his first visit he diagnosed the cause and ordered the replacement part. In his 2nd visit he found problem with ice crusher and also replaced the flapper. On his 3rd visit he replaced some parts for ice crusher. Will use his service again.

Contacted Sun City Appliance to see if they can fix Samsung fridges ... specifically a broken french door flap/flipper - the piece that seals the doors. They (Guy) confirmed they could, listed the part number (in case I wanted to go my own route), but provided me with a quote nonetheless. Figured I'd give it a go myself and was successful in replacing the part, so I didn't actually need to call them out. The high rating is deserved, I think, because Guy didn't need to give over the replacement part info, but he did and it helped me save a minimum of $100. I won't shy away from calling Sun City Appliance first for any future appliance repair needs. Thanks Guy!

Guy did a great job. Came the same day I called, was there on time, and completed the work quickly. He actually knew from our phone conversation what the problem was and came to the door with the correct part in his hand. Cost was reasonable for the work done. A very nice man. We had a great conversation while he fixed the dryer. I will definitely use Sun City Appliance Service for all of my appliance repair needs in the future.

He has excellent service, pricing and timeliness. He fixed my washer and he adjusted the height of my dish washer and did not charge me. He is good about explaining things and he is a nice guy.

Guy is polite and friendly. He had to come out 3 times to fix the issue, which turned out to be an unusual problem. We felt like his pricing and labor costs were very good considering the work and time he put in. He seemed dedicated to fixing the oven and we were pleased that he kept up with the situation and didn't let it go when it wasn't an easy fix. Highly recommend.

He was great. My fridge broke and I tried 5 different repair places off Angie's List and nobody could come any sooner than next day, some multiple days. He was able to come the same afternoon, repaired my fridge in less than 20min.

Guy responded to my inquiry on the same day and was able to secure the necessary part and install it the next day. He came out when he said he would and was on time. He installed the part quickly and was on his way. I gave an N/A on price only because I have no basis of comparison, but it seemed reasonable to me.

Guy was two minutes early for his appointment! When we set the appointment he had asked what our needs were and he diagnosed what parts he would need based on the phone conversation correctly. He was very efficient and explained what he was doing and why and how things worked. He also offerred his expertise on how to solve other appliance issues and ways to improve their performance not directly related to his repairs. We appreciated his advice.

Terrific service! He did a very, very good job! It is very difficult to find someone that doesn't limit himself to the high priced appliances. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. and he was very helpful, reliable, and prompt. I will recommend him to all my clients. It was the best experience that I have had with anyone off of Angie's List.

Responded first thing this morning. He was at his office @ 8:00. Diagnosed over the telephone and picked up proper part before coming. Was late because of traffic and called to notify us of that. Fixed it in five minutes. Very knowledgable and friendly. One year warranty on parts and labor. Very satisfied. Would call again and recommend to others!

I called Guy after reading the manual and trying a few recommendations which told me it was the drain motor. Once I explained our issue Guy knew the issues he has encountered with this machine and advised a new drain pump motor to which I asked him if he would purchase what I need and install it. I gave him the model number etc, he researched and ordered the part. My initial cme on a Sunday, my thoughts were I will leave a message to cll me Monday but to my surprise he called me back on Sunday. Started the search Monday morning for the part, found and payed for motor, shipped Tuesday and replaced the bad one Wed!!! Excellent. Guy knew exactly what the problem was and patched the repair so we could use the dishwasher while waiting on the part. He has been to my house several times for two separate appliance repairs and has been courteous and professional each time. Guy knows appliances very well and neither time on unnecessary troubleshooting, nor does he simply replace parts hoping he will find the fix. I recommend Sun City Appliances without hesitation and they will be my first choice on all appliance repairs.

Had a burning smell coming from dryer on a Friday afternoon. Sun City Appliance was recommended to me. Could not be more pleased with the prompt response and top notch repairs ( all on a Friday afternoon & for a first time customer!) I will be using Sun City Appliance for all future appliance repairs.

My experience with them was not well. They did not fix it.They were charging a lot, about eight hundred dollars. They were repairing a refrigerator and a freezer. The last time they came was after Christmas. We have not gotten a freezer, the refrigerator just started working on it's own. The freezer is still a major problem. They said that a seal or something needs to be replace, why is it costing that much? I have no idea. Overall I give them an 'F'. Price is definitely 'F'. This was not a pleasant experience at all.

Guy Casselberry arrived when promised and promptly repaired my washer and dryer. He assessed the problems with my microwave and refrigerator lights and ordered the parts for those appliances. I've used Guy for my appliances for 5 years and will continue to use his services. He is the most honest and professional repair person I've ever met. His work is great and his prices are fair.

Sun City Appliance's owner called in response to our request for service and we set an appointment for the next day at 3:00. At 10 minutes to three, he called and advised he was on his way and arrived about 15 minutes later. He had us explain what our problem was and then removed the unit from under the counter. I think he had a good idea what type problem we might have. Once it was determined that there was an obstruction, he quickly fixed that, reinstalled the dishwasher, even neater than before, and cleaned up what little mess there was. He handled the entire call professionally. I will use him again if needed.

I called up Sun City and Guy was able to visit the next afternoon. He already had a good idea of the troubleshooting steps by my over the phone description of the problem (freezer temperature dropped dramatically). He brought several new parts and replaced them one by one... when they did not fix the issue, he simply swapped them back to my old parts. The problem proved a bit tricky, but Guy did not give up and ended up replacing a fan with a used fan he had in his truck for no charge (after first trying a brand new fan with no luck). I ended up just paying for the labor costs and very reasonable at that. Guy was friendly, honest, and I would consider trustworthy. I am glad to have found a solid appliance repair man.
