+ 0 moreThe work was done on time and on budget and I am very satisfied with the result. Stan is a problem solver and outstanding technician. I will definitely use Stan in the future for project large and small. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: My large storage shed had suffered water damage to the roof and siding that required multiple repairs, Stan assessed the damage and proposed a plan that solved the issues at a very reasonable price. A major consideration was to repair the damage in a way that prevented further problems. This was done using several precision carpentry techniques to replace damaged material and the appropriate use of sealants,caulk, flashing and paint.

+ -1 moreI significantly upgraded my house to get it sold and had the usual problems with the many contractors I worked with, except for Stan Barnes. He showed up on time, with tools, ideas and a good attitude. In my new house, I call him for everything!
Description of Work: 1) Installed crown and trip molding through the house. He repaired the bad work of the drywall guys and finished the job which the HW floor company should have done. 2) Finished the trim and window ledges in a sun room. 3) Finished and installed an exterior door (not pre-hung, straight slab). He has done other jobs for me which are not related to carpentry: minor electrical, toilette installs, tile and grout work.
