Description of Work: Our septic system alarm started buzzing one night. We called Spillman because they had worked on our system in the past, and had been very fair. They sent someone out in a timely manner, who diagnosed a failed septic pump. Spillman assured us that it would be ok for a couple of days until they could get the pump replaced. They got the job done when they said, at the price they said, and we were never even home. They emailed the bill, we mailed a check. Could not have been more convenient. The only complaint that I have is that they put a little trash in our recycling can, not the trash can, a simple mistake.

+ -1 moreAfter Spillman drilled test holes for a septic expansion they went radio silent. No contact. No response to phone calls. I have given up on them
Description of Work: As part of a septic expansion Spillman was asked to drill test holes. This done, we waited for the County permit on the understanding that Spillman would complete the expansion work once permitted.
