Description of Work: They removed several trees and trimmed the rest, along with all the bushes in the front and back yards. They were quick, neat, on time, and very friendly. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: The crew showed up at the appointed hour and did a great job of the work we had discussed. We ended up having to completely remove a tree and I was so distracted by this that I didn't do a final walk around with the crew chief before they left. There was a little more debris (twigs, sawdust) left than I would have liked, but that may just be the nature of the beast on a job like this one. I would use them again.

Description of Work: I had four live oak trees, close to the house that were getting out of hand. They trimmed them back, away from my house and the neighbors house. They raised the canopy and got rid of all the dead branches.Made the trees look a lot better. Took them about three hours and did a good job cleaning up the yard.

Description of Work: They came and gave me an estimate. Seemed knowledgable but what scared me off is that when I asked about permitting to cut the tree down. They said, "oh I guess you can get a permit."

Description of Work: Trimmed small to large branches on 6 trees. They were punctual and kept me well informed as to when they were arriving (for both the estimate visit and actual work). I thought the price was reasonable and they knew better than I what needed to be done -- trimmed some more and some less that I thought necessary but they were right! The only reason I gave a "B" on quality is because a few "stubs" were left on smaller branches. Very professional and I'll definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Removed fallen tree from mutual fence and neighbor's roof--very carefully, removed all debris. Consulted re health of remaining trees--hackberries which need to come out and be replaced. referred to nursery and landscape designer. Update when they return for more. Second "needed" service and we are again pleased with work and workers. His crew has now removed 4 additional trees that were dying, located in inaccessible positions in the postage stamp yard, very carefully, cleaned up debris and blew the decks clean. My only concern is the crew does not wear safety glasses; their work is fastidious. They are the best.

Description of Work: They came out the same day I called to give me an estimate. They were willing to beat another estimate that came in lower and cut down my dead tree right away with great efficiency. A little mix-up regarding scheduling but was resolved easily. I would call them again.

Description of Work: Loved the owner when he came to do the estimate. The crew showed up at the designated date and didn't seem to have a clear picture of what the plan was. They did a good job i suppose then left without putting my gate back up. I live outside the city limits with a heard of deer in my yard every evening eating my plants, I have fox, racoons etc. and didn't want to have to deal with that. I called and called, no response for 4 days. I had to get someone else to put the gate up. when someone finally called me back they said someone would come and fertilize for me to make up for the inconvenience. no one ever came that I am aware of.

Description of Work: Sid Mourning gave me an estimate to trim several tall trees on my property; limbs over roof, top off dead portions of a tree, dead limbs on my oak and a huge cut back of overgrowth of two-story red tips that touched my neighbors roof and walls. The work was excellent and fast and done with great care, The foreman on site discussed several issues with me along the way and I was requested to examine the work at the end and add anything I wanted. They were punctual and cleaned up everything perfectly, I chuckled when I even saw one of them sweeping the street. I used them a few months ago to remove a small hackberry and they've been recommended by friends. I can see why. They are outstanding and will get all my future business.

Description of Work: We made our appointment for tree removal and trimming 2 weeks prior to the date of service as this was the best date for us. We were told the crew would arrive at 9:00am and work until 4:30pm. We were also told that should the agreed upon work be completed before 4:30pm that we could have other services done until 4:30 arrived. No further communication took place. On the day of service agreed upon, the crew was punctual (8:50am), very professional, very courteous, and worked continuously. I was especially impressed when I noticed at the end of the service day, one crew member started blowing off our deck area removing small limbs that had fallen during removal of tree limbs. He also picked up multiple small limbs from the grass around the work area. When we asked for something additional to be done since time allowed, the response was courteous and willing. This has been one of the most positive experiences that we have had regarding workman in any area of service in a very long time. We will definitely use this company again!
