Showplace Lawns

Experience went well. On time, fairly priced, good knowledge base. I would recommend them to anyone looking for lawn & yard work.

Bill, whose business this is, currently is doing all the work himself; he's a thoughtful and careful, and has a plan for how to improve our weedy lawn over a period of a couple of years with almost no use of pesticides, through aeration, fertilization, etc. We're on contract with him now to do this work and he also mows the lawn. It's great to work with somebody who I can meet and shake hands with and who is actually doing the work, as opposed to hiring a bunch of lightly-supervised less skilled people to do it. His prices are reasonable. So far so good!

Bill and his wife are some of the nicest people I have worked with. They are dependable and actually follow through on what they say. I seldom see this type of service in our culture. I would have scored higher on price, but we have spent more than we normally feel comfortable with. You get what you pay for, so I recommend you splurge a bit to have an amazing turf! My picture is not the greatest, but shows under a large tree that is usually bare.
