He asked me if I needed anything else done, so I showed him around and he had me under the impression that his company, Shocker Appliance would be coming out to do this other work. He was going to be doing this other work on the side. I asked if he was licensed, bonded and insured and he said yes and I have not seen him since. I have tried to call and have not heard back. It seemed odd because they came after hours and the 2 guys did not speak any English.
