This family owned business is honest and upstanding. They can be trusted to give you options and they know what they are doing. Service Wizard is also very price competitive. I would highly recommend their service.

.I collected about 5 estimates for this work.  All from companies that A+ BBB ratings and scoring high on Angies List.    Service Wizard was more than $1000 less than two of the other companies and $250 less than the next closest competitor.  They arrived within 15 minutes of the times they told us they would arrive.  Workers were courteous and efficient.  They installed the system in less than a day and cleaned up nicely after their work.  I especially appreciated the fact that they stretched themselves to do the job on a Friday so that we didn't have to go another weekend without AC.  I wish my relations with all service providers were so smooth.

I talked to four people before talking to service wizard. John gave me quote for two old AC. He was honest and trust worthy. Their installer Andy and Daniel did good job. Everything went well except some minor issue which they took care immediately. I would surly recommend to anyone.

The  install went quickly. The two man-team quickly removed the old units and installed the two new exterior condensers and the new blowers and heaters, one in the garage and one upstairs. They were very neat and I could hardly tell they had been at my house. They were polite and explained what they were doing when I asked them questions. My only complaint has to do with the equipment. The outside units are louder than the old units. The upstairs blower is pretty quiet. The downstairs blower is much louder even though it is the same model as upstairs. I moved from Seattle and am new to living with air conditioning and find the noise pollution challenging.

They were very informative of which systems would work in our home. Our air handler is in the attic. A very long tarp was laid out from the entrance all the way up the stairs to protect my floors. Austin Energy came out at the end of the job for approval. Work was on time, no glitches. I have other energy needs that I plan on having Service Wizard do. Great company, Down to earth owners.

It went well; they were responsive, quick, and courteous.  It was a great experience, and I will use them in the future.

These guys are Great! I've used them for repairs and service before and when my system went out, they were my first call. They gave me a fair price upfront and stuck to it. They were very professional from start to finish. Trust me, it was not an easy task to remove and replace my 20 year old system. The attic is small with a tiny entrance through a closet but they took care of it no problem. I couldn't be happier with my new HVAC. I'd recommend them for all of your heating/air conditioning needs.

They are good. I have used them for many years, probably for 20 years. Their pricing is about average. You have to be specific about what you want them to do and you should try to develop a relationship with one of their technicians. I would trust them to come out and deal with me.

They did not charge me for the estimate. They called, came on the day they committed and emailed the estimate within 24 hours. They were excellent. They were prompt and provided the information but their follow up to further explain the bid fell short of our expectations. They did not call to explain the estimate because I was expecting a call to check how they could have bettered the estimate or check what they could have done to get my business.

We have a 5 year old air conditioner that has been having problems almost since day one. We had several estimates from various different companies to replace the unit. We came home yesterday to find out the unit was out again and needed immediate service as we have two family members that have heart conditions and my parents were moving in with us that same day as well. When I called to schedule someone to come out, the scheduler sent one of the owners out promptly to help us. Out of all of the people who gave us bids on the replacing the unit, he was the only person that ran his own diagnostics on the unit prior to recommending a new system for us. He fixed our unit and was very honest about the state of the unit and whether the previous advice we had received was accurate. He was the most professional person I have met throughout this whole process. As I shared with him the pricing we were being quoted by other companies, his company came in at almost half the price. This company was highly recommended to us and I would highly recommend them to others as well. 

The work that was performed was purchase and install of a new AC until plus a new furnace, plus overall insulation and weatherization.

These guys were  great. The two who came out kept me informed of what they were doing as they were doing it and when we needed  to add electric they  worked with our electrician that very same day. Even though the wrong furnace (a gas one) was delivered  they completed as much work as they could on the outside and on the following  work day completed the whole job, except  for the one grill they agreed to add. I'm still waiting on it.
The delay in installing the furnace was fine with me as it gave me time to put a fresh coat of paint in the closet! When they were finished they cleaned everything up and David explained everything to me, also showing me how to use the new thermostat. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Excellent from start to finish. Mr Osgood was very knowledgeable about the process and what we needed. He noted things during the quote visit that other's didn't. The crew that came to do the work was efficient and professional. Very happy with the result!

John came out personally and inspected our air ducts and then let us know which needed sealing and which ones needed to be increased in size for better air flow.  He provided an estimate on the spot and scheduled an appointment for the next business day.  His service men showed up on time and did the job within 2 hours.  They were very courteous, professional, and tidy.  The service experience was terrific from beginning to end.

You could not ask for better service! Before calling Service Wizard we were told by another company that we needed a new air conditioner or repairs that would cost at least $450 to $800. Charles to the rescue! He did a simple repair and bingo! Works like new!  We would HIGHLY reccommend these guys.  We really TRUST them and when we really do need a new air conditioner, Service Wizard will be who we call!  Outstanding service, outstanding company.

Let's just say I will not use them again unless it is a warranty item and I will never recommend them to anyone.  My story is so long there is not enough space to tell it all.  Did not post this in December because I thought maybe they would call and say they were sorry for all the problems, but that never happened.  Now they are replacing the evaporator coil that busted  yesterday and filled my house with freon for about 6 hours and again it took them 3 hours to get to my house to find out that the fog we were breathing was in fact freon.  I have not even gotten and "i"m sorry"  Only thier nice installer has said sorry.  I am so dissappointed with this company and thier lack of communication and incompetency.  I went with them off of thier long reputation from Osgood Heating and Air.  The sons are working off of that reputation, but are lacking in thier customer service skills.  I read some of the other reviews and some of them had the same problems and had to have them return to correct or finish items missed.  That happened to us over and over again,  and I do not feel I could give them a good rating after my experience.
