I was installing a new sink and ran into some trouble. I called Roto Rooter late on a Friday night and they came within a hour. While not cheap, they were quick and fixed my problem and saved my weekend. Good service.

I have had a good experience with them. I liked their promptness and effectiveness in solving the problem in minutes. I will grade them high on all the categories.

They charged me an arm and a leg for very little work. I feel like I was swindled. I was disappointed and would never use them again.

I thought they were average as the price was a little high. They got the job done though. Service was good.

The first plumber gave an estimate of 400-500, plus parts, plus tax - on the day of work another plumber shows up and begins rattling on about needing to install shower faucet shut off valves in the wall. He then indicates it will raise the price at least 300-400, plus parts, plus tax. This does not include the shower faucet installation. After all this, desperate on Labor Day weekend, I was about to agree so that the tile would finish on time, but then he told me that he could not turn off the water to the condos. That is the owners responsibility he said. I found a plumber that could turn off the water supply, install the faucet and charge less than the first estimate.

They did an excellent job. They knew exactly what to do to find the leak in the pipe. They found the problem right away and were able to get it fixed. They ended up finding the leak 6 inches below a hole that another company dug that couldnt find the leak. I am extremely happy with Roto-Rooter. They are knowledgeable. They were fantastic through everything and they handled the situation very professional.

The people from Rooter-Rooter were very pleasant and got right down to business. The job was done quickly and efficiently and there, surprisingly to me, was no mess left behind. Our drains all run much faster and efficiently now and I would certainly recommend their services to others with a slow drain in their house.

It was a Saturday afternoon when we discovered a clogged drain. We called them and they were here within two hours which I felt was pretty fast. Even though the clog was in the sewer line, they went through the toilet and unclogged the drain. They also gave us a free six month warranty on the drain.

I called these guys out when all the shut-off valves started popping off under my sinks. What a mess! They installed new valves and informed me my house was plumbed like a trailer house. I found this very offensive. Turns out the root of the problem was the high water pressure coming into my house so they installed a new regulator in which they didn't adjust correctly. I didn't think they did a very good job of finding the root of the problem. Of course, they charged me for all their mistakes.

The main Roto-Rooter customer service agent (at the 800 #) was very friendly, helpful, and professional. They said that a representative would be at our house within 60-90 minutes. Mr. Vargas arrived within that time frame, which was great because it isn't too fun having all of your sinks and toilets backed up! He was very professional and polite; he also took care to cover his shoes with protective booties every time he had to enter my house. He also explained to me a bit about how the whole sewer line, etc., works. The company does take credit cards, but the process is a bit slow because the representative has to call a main approval number and get authorization. Clear-cut and well done job!

Our new water lines are now up to code and really nice. We had a couple of small leaks we didn't know about, and now our water bill has gone down some. Everyone at Roto-Rooter was really nice, and the guys who came to the house explained exactly what they were going to do before they started. One of the biggest factors in choosing them was that they gave us a full written estimate before we decided to use them to fix anything.

The plumber arrived within 2 hours on the evening of my first call. He was on time for the later appointment with the camera. Very professional and fast work.

This guy is punctual and they are even willing to work with my schedule and even at night. He provided good advice, as far as, what to do if we were to encounter any problems. He was very helpful and does the job in the time I expect. He also does a good job of cleaning up after he is done.

They showed up when they were scheduled to. The man was very nice and respectful of my yard. I really didnt feel that there was a lot to say about their service, but I do feel that they knew what they were doing. They also sanitized our tank after pumping it out. I have had no complaints with their service.

Roto-Rooter did a good job of explaining what was wrong. Our air conditioner drain line was plugged and he had to clean the line. Also, we thought that we had a clog in our kitchen sink, but we just needed to replace our disposal. They are very nice and they clean up after themselves.

Roto-Rooters came out within a few hours of calling them, gave us a quote and then repaired it on the spot. They needed to replace one part and were very professional. This was the first time we used them, but wed definitely use them again.

This was an excellent company to use. They also trimmed some tree branches at no charge. We have never had any problems with their service. They were very friendly, nice and they didnt leave a mess at all. The reason for the Bs , is because they are not as good as Petrocellis.

THEY RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY; CALLED US BACK ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. THEY ALSO DID THE JOB QUICKLY. WE FELT IT WAS A REASONABLE PRICE AND HAVE NOT HAD PROBLEMS WITH THAT TOILET SINCE.

THE COMPANY WAS LATE GETTING TO MY HOME. ALTHOUGH THE WORK WAS COMPLETED AND MY DRAInS WERE CLOG FREE, I FELT THEY TOOK TOO MUCH TIME TO DO THE JOB. NEXT TIME, ILL DO A BETTER RESEARCH BEFORE I HIRE SOMEONE.

WHEN WE CALLED ROTO ROOTER THE LADY THAT ANSWERED WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND TOLD US THE PLUMBER WOULD BE OUT IN ABOUT AN HOUR. THE PLUMBER GOT THERE IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES AND WAS VERY NICE AND FIXED THE PROBLEM AND EVEN CHECKED THE DRAINS OUTSIDE TO MAKE SURE THEY WEREN'T CLOGGED UP.

THE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME AND VERY FRIENDLY.
