I felt somewhat "chop chop" rushed. I think she thinks most people won't go with her, so she minimizes the first interview (which is free). She needs to charge for it so the potential clients don't think "rushed" like I did and think "forget this nonsense." She basically told me "$10,000 upfront". She probably told me more, but that's all heard. Mostly what I heard is "This is the deal. You sign a contract and that's that." She needs to ease down and play out clients more. She's type A and expresses that big time to clients. SLOW IT DOWN, honey. I would have gone with you in a flash had you been a little less "here's the deal, you sign up." I also was not pleased with the constant email reminders from her assistant to remember the appt. They use the "acknowledge you got this email feature." Personally I hate that. I'm not a moron and if you want to treat me like one, then I'm going elsewhere. And I did. I spent $10K on furniture with somebody else who just let me choose!
