About us
Developed this small Austin based general contracting business as an offshoot of my 13 yr real estate business. Every time I would facilitate with the purchase or sale of a home I would find it difficult to locate reputable, reliable, efficient contractors to do the smallest job. So I began contractor classes and over time I gathered my own crew of hard working experienced "handy persons" to do anything from plumbing, electrical, paint to remodeling and room add on's. My procedure is to do a site visit and find out exactly what the client needs done. Then I work up an estimate for a proper bid in writing to be accepted with a time schedule and possible change orders. Larger projects require an initial deposit. Depending on the size of the project draws can be made at specified points in the project. Smaller projects are paid at the time of service where I can accept credit cards through my mobile service.
