Reliable Restoration and Remodeling Services

The name "reliable" is very appropriate name for this company.  If I could give them a A+++ I would! They were reliable before I even contracted with them by making time to come out and give me a quick quote for my insurance when the other companies never responded.  (I found out that many companies think its acceptable to waste your time by coming out for a quote and then never providing one... )
I was so thankful that they were able to come out even though they wouldn't be able to do the work at that time. I got a good return from my insurance because of their help with the quote and so a month or so later when I got the check I contracted with them.  It was a two member team and they were very professional and helpful.  They not only repaired the deck but improved it better than it was originally installed and had a great attitude. I heard that they not only do outdoor things like decks but do work on cabinets and remodels so I plan to work with them again.

The overall experience working with Bill and his crew on this project could not have been better. I will use him in the future for similar projects and would recommend him to anyone for projects, large and small, as he takes pride in doing things right.

Bill, showed up on time every day and worked hard until the job was done. He talked me through the process so I understood how things should be done and why.
