Nothing stands out, It was just a really small job. I will not use them again in the future because I found someone in my new area that I just really like.

When the rep got there he told me that since my leaking faucet was soldered in place it would cost an extra $250 to replace it. The deal as stated had no disclaimer for such an eventuality. I feel like I should get my $50 back.

It was fine. They were on-time, very courteous, did the job and offered me some other pricing on other things. It was good.

It was alright. They did one line and then they tried to sell me by saying that I needed to get my house flushed. It was just exuberant prices. When they cleared my line in the bathroom; I watched them and now I can do it myself. The way the stopper was set, it was set too close so the water wasn’t going down. Once I opened it I could see there was some hair and I could grab it. I wouldn’t use them because they were overpriced. It was a big deal purchase. For what they did the price was bad. They only did one line. I just thought they came into the house and tried to upsell me. One of the guys was pretty professional and the other guy was weird.

The company was very communicative from the get-go. I was actually impressed by how well and how much they communicated. The technician arrived on time, however, he didn't introduce himself or anything. He was very quiet and didn't communicate much with me. With that being said though, he did what he came to do, he asked me if there was anything else I needed done, I showed him two other exterior faucets and he helped me get one attachment loose and told me to put a washer on my leaky hose end on the other one. All that for their deal of $49. Though he didn't make me feel warm and fuzzy, I can't complain! Job well done!

Super!  Asked to come perform a bid for fixing a leak.  Very professional.

I called and received next day service. Then they arrived promptly at the schedule time and provided the service very efficiently and politely.

Spoke with JR on the phone on Tuesday night to get an estimate to replace a broken hot water heater. He came out on Wednesday to look at the water heater and was prepared to replace the water heater. After looking at our plumbing situation, he discussed the fact that both of our water heaters were from 1996. We have a larger home, but since the water heaters were in the attic, a larger (75 gallon) heater could not have fit through the attic opening. So, the previous home owner had two smaller heaters that were connected to each other in order to provide enough hot water for the home. Even though only one of our hot water heaters was broken, it was probably only a matter of time before the other heater went out as well because the heaters were 18 years old. JR gave me multiple estimates for the work - just to replace the broken water heater, just to replace both water heaters, and the last estimate was to replace both heaters, correct the plumbing lines and replace the 18 year old circulation pump. We decided to replace everything to avoid a future service call. Because this was now a larger job, Radiant then came back the next morning. Three men arrived at 9am, all were very professional and courteous. They worked until 9pm to repair everything, and even fixed our attic light while here! I was very impressed with the level of customer service that Radiant provided, and I believe the quality of work they provided was most likely better than any other plumber who would have come out just to replace a broken heater. They took the time to explain everything to me before beginning work, and showed me pictures of our plumbing and heaters in the attic. Our hot water heaters work better now than before. The price they quoted to repair everything was a couple hundred dollars higher than other plumbers that I had called. But, I believe, that the quality of their work is worth the slightly higher price. They also called the next day to make sure that everything was working correctly. I will definitely use Radiant Plumbing again in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work!

It went well! We got to see what was mucking up the works. He gave us advice about next steps and other services he could provide, but we didn't take him up on it. Really liked the service man and he cleared the drain and it's been running fine ever since (it's March 2014 now).
Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

At least three times we have scheduled an appointment and had them not arrive during the window of time we were given. Once they do arrive, though, the staff are very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable.

They re-scheduled me a few times, but did do a complete job.  I'm satisfied.

They were very good. A very nice guy came out and helped me. I like that they came when they said they were going to. They did what they were supposed to do, and I thought the charge was great. It was one of the special things Angie’s list had. It was great for what I paid for the little faucet. I am sure I would have paid a lot more if I had to do it. He did a good job. He got here on time.

From the moment I made the purchase until the plumbers pulled out of the driveway, I could not have been happier.

They worked with my schedule and we got an appointment on the books.

Although the appointment was scheduled for 8 a.m., I always expect a two-hour window. I received a call at 7:20 a.m. telling me the plumber was on his way, but was a couple of towns away, and would not arrive at 8 a.m. Now worries. They arrived at 9 a.m.

Mickie and his partner arrived in a Radiant Plumbing vehicle; they were very professional, courteous and  upbeat. I showed them the faucet in question and where they could turn off the water, and they set to work. They were done in less than a half hour.

I signed my paperwork, they gave me a card for a free AC inspection, collected my BIG DEAL certificate, and were on their way.

I received a call from their office the next day checking in to see if I was happy with the experience, and I told them I was.

From my initial experience, I can recommend Radiant Plumbing without reservation.

My wife was here during the work but everything was done correctly when I got home.
