They are wonderful. They always come out really quickly and resolve the problem. We trust them wholeheartedly so we don't have to get a second opinion when they tell us what is wrong. They can be a little bit expensive but no more than we would expect from any other plumber. They have been super generous in coming out at odd hours and checking things out. We?ve used them four or five times. They listened to what we had seen and heard and gave us their perspective on what needed to be looked at. The work was done in two days and they reconfigured something that was configured wrong.

Initially, I thought they were good with customer service but then I had some problems and I?m not sure I would recommend them. The quality of their work was fine.

They came on a Tuesday and my understanding was that they were coming the next day with all of the parts to replace it. They called me the next day and asked me if I had gotten all of the parts that I needed. I told them I wasn't buying the parts - they were. So they came back on Thursday and fixed it. The guy presented me with 5 levels of choices for what needed to be done, which I liked. I had them fix the tub and replace the toilet. Now that I think about it - it may have been a little extreme for a running toilet, but he talked me into it. It is my responsibility to resist that kind of persuasion and I can tell you I won't use them again. The guys who came to my house were great, the people on the phone were great but the guy who came to my house to tell me what I needed to do felt more like a sales person than a plumber. I even asked the guys that came to my house if he was a plumber and they said yes.

Blake was very helpful, willing to explain things and happy to answer all my questions. Reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend Radiant Plumbing. I will use them again.

The company responded quickly - came the same day and quickly replaced the faucet. It took him about 30 minutes. The issue is that we were charged $311 for work that took less than 30 minutes. I supplied the faucet so the price did not include the unit or parts. $311 for less than 30 minutes work (amounts to over $600 per hour) is extremely excessive. I can't think of any service I've ever had that charged that much - even high-end automobiles! On top of that, the serviceman told my wife that the work had no warranty. To get a waranty for their work it would be over $700. All for 30 minutes labor? I would not advise doing business with them because of what you may be charged. I feel gouged.
Response from Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning
"I agree that $311 for 30 minutes of work is excessive. We give a price up-front based upon how long it typically takes to repair or install an item. Frequently we end up eating it and it takes far longer than we expected, but in your case it went exceptionally well. Please give us a call and let us help you out with this. In regards to the warranty, the only thing we are not warranting is the faucet you supplied. Our workmanship and parts are most definitely warrantied at our standard 2 year warranty length. The $700 quoted was for a higher end faucet supplied and installed by us in which the faucet would be warrantied as well. Thanks for taking the time to express your concerns and I look forward to your call, Sarah Casebier"

Clothes washer was not draining (overflowing into laundry room). Called with details and they would not give estimate over the phone, yet their was a charge for the visit. They came on site, snaked the drain, visit was under 2 hours and we were charged $191. This seemed VERY excessive for the amount of time and effort gone into the simple job. The serviceman was professional but the cost was just not aligned with the job/effort.

called radiant because of their high ranking here. my tub valve needed to be replaced and my plumber for the last 10 years was not returning my calls. while replacing the tub valve, he noticed that my tub drain wasn't connected to anything. yes, shower water had been draining under my house for who knows how long. nice. made an appointment for the following week to have that repaired. woody and his team were prompt and polite, offered several options within several price ranges (which was much appreciated) and offered fair, firm pricing. unlike most labor-based pricing, with radiant, they quote you a price and that is the what you pay, even if they go over projected labor hours. will def use again and have already recommended them to several friends.

Radiant is too expensive. Radiant went over to the property promptly but their estimate was unbelievably high--$1800. A new electric water heater that size is approx $400 tops, and we're willing to pay a lot for labor but that price is ridiculous. Although we've used radiant before and thought their service and quality was acceptable, this pricing was far too high to be acceptable. Had to pay service fee too. Had it fixed by someone else for fraction of their estimate.
Response from Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning
"Wow! I would have to agree that price is ridiculous! There was obviously a mistake and we will be looking into it. What really saddens us that it happened to a great repeat customer. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. Please know that we are always looking to improve our services. We will be sending you a refund check of the $130 and hope you will consider using us again in the future. Sarah Casebier"

The person sent to this job was Blake. He was very professional and competent. He used this really cool camera on a cable to examine the drain pipes and found an accumulation of soap and grease sludge that was the problem about 75 feet into the drain. After clearing this out he recommended an organic based enzymatic cleaner to clear up the accumulation and to use periodically to prevent future build up. Our drains have worked fine since. I don't think they are the cheapest guys on the block but you get what you pay for. I woudl definitely call them the next time I need any plumbing services.

Radiant did a great job. Because I am able to get a rebate for the installation of the new toilet, I did have to follow up with Radiant to obtain additional paperwork. Overall, though, very positive.

The 3 different people I dealt with were all very friendly and professional. They got the job done in a timely manner, even though this was a very busy time for plumbers around here (after the hard freeze). It sure seemed like a high fee for less than 6 man hours, but maybe that's standard. From what I hear, plumbing is a very expensive service.

This all started with a new pool heater. We couldn't get enough volume to run the heater. Called Texas Gas to put in a bigger meter and they found I had a small leak. Disconnected the gas. I called Radiant to fix the gas leak. The City of Austin was then called to get a permit to fix the gas leak. Radiant found 3 right away. Then they had to do quite a bit of searching to find the rest that were in the ceiling and walls. They found 8 leaks in all. They fixed them and put in the regulators and new piping for the pool heater.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I called them on saturday afternoon around 3:30 and they dispatched the on-call technician who arrived when they said he would arrive. He inspected my leaking water heater, disconnected and capped all the connections to keep it from continuing to leak. He gave me several options/estimates and scheduled the replacement for early the following day (Sunday). On sunday the technicians arrived when they were scheduled to arrive and did the work in about 2 hours. Everyone was punctual, professional, and courteous. I would definitely use radiant plumbing again.

The service man came right on time. They replaced all my faucets and left no trace that they had been there. A couple of hours later the office called to make sure I was happy with the work. Great company!

The plumber was several hours late coming to assess how to repair an outdoor water line leak, then said he was required to provide 6 different solutions to our problem, and quoted a cost of over $700 for the repair. We declinded, and used another plumber the next day who performed the repair for $105
