Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning - Austin

I had a leak in my house. I hired radiant to find it and fix it. The technician advised it was my HVAC and to stop the leak it would need to replaced. I replaced my entire HVAC system, and it turns out it was not the source of the leak. Hired a different company to find the leak and they found it. It wasn’t even close to where the HVAC was. 100% do not recommend this company.

The representative did a through inquiry of my issue and is making arrangements to schedule a technician to review my water system.

I can't wait to see the competitors estimate for repair. I was given a quote for seventeen thousand dollars to replace three components. I looked up the parts individual prices. One part brand new is $250. And they wanted to charge me $1900. I called their office to find out what their mark-up percentage was and the girl that answered the phone could not answer the question. I totally understand that a service company needs to mark up their prices for profit. But this is ridiculous. I plan on updating this post with both estimates side by side. Update: Two out of the three components that they were trying to replace and said were bad ended up being perfectly fine. Competitor got my system up and operational for $700.
