I agonized over choosing a siding/window company for months while the siding on my house was literally falling off every time the wind blew! I got several estimates but still didn't feel comfortable committing. One morning I was out walking and passed the PSP crew working on a house in my neighborhood. I notice how organized they seemed and the next few mornings I would see the crew working- showing up bright and early every day.
  Scott came out and gave me an estimate. He was very patient and actually came a second time to answer more questions. 
 I also wanted to replace my windows at the same time as my siding. I really didn't want to do the vinyl replacements that most siding companies recommended. I wanted to use Marvin Integrity. Scott was very accommodating. He and Frank(the owner) came out and measured for the windows and then Scott met me at BMC to place my window order.
After the windows came in PSP started work very quickly!
They worked quickly and efficiently. At the end of each work day they left the site very clean and neat. They showed up on time every day. Very polite and pleasant to be around. Couldn't ask for a better crew!
 When small problems came up (I had an old intercom that I had forgotten to ask them to remove and cap off)-the foreman just smiled and pulled off the newly added siding and then covered the hole. My strange house wiring presented some problems when it came to reinstalling some exterior lights but they worked diligently to figure it out.
We had a little issue with some of the window installations but they were able to come up with solutions that were perfectly acceptable. I was impressed with how they stand behind their work and are willing to address any and all issues with a smile!
The end result is that my house looks awesome! I can't get over the change-it looks like a new house!

They are awesome.  They did a lot of work for me.  They are professional and do immaculate work.  They were on time.  They work quickly but effectively.

I received three estimates for the work and PS&P had the most competitive offer.  Scott was also knowledgeable, down-to-earth, explained the work in detail, and answered all my questions.  The work crews showed up around 8:30 each morning and got after it.  They also kept the job site clean and did minimal harm to the flower beds and plants.  They swept and cleaned the porch, deck and driveway before leaving each day and the foreman kept me informed of the work schedule, which was tight (three days for the entire job).  The quality of the work was excellent and, although on a tight timeline, the attention to detail did not suffer.  I could not find any problems with the siding installation, caulking, painting, or re-installation of exterior lighting and wall plugs. 
The "B" grade for Responsiveness was given since the work started later than originally estimated,  However, this did not affect the project completion date.

The crew was able to keep an antique rose that covered an old trellis when they rebuilt a new trellis. They were clean and professional and didn't play loud music or leave any trash. Their work was outstanding and they made sure we were happy with their job before they left. They took just a few days to complete the job and we were very pleased with their craftsmanship.

We had siding on the back of our house that was rotting and we needed it repaired. We received R.J.'s (one of the owners) number from a friend down the street. They assured us they would be a great company to use. After visiting with R.J., we actually scratched our bid from another company that we WERE going to use and went with Premium Siding & Painting Co. R.J. spoke of a professional, qualified, insured, and timely work crew. We were sold. 
I have to say, at the end of the job, we would ABSOLUTELY use this company again. They were exactly as R.J. had promised. The men that worked on the house were very professional. They cleaned up the mess outside every single day. They were quiet and efficient trying to stay out of our way. They were great communicators and made sure on a daily basis that we were on the same page. R.J. was overseeing the project and would stop in daily to check the progress. All in all, it was exactly what we were hoping for. AND, the best part, our house looks amazing. We went ahead and painted our brick along with the new siding. It looks SO wonderful. They also made us custom shutters out of hardy plank and they really just finished off the project. They were finished when they said they would be and cleaned up the entire property upon their departure. 
 I would highly recommend this company!!

After PSP company worked on replacing my windows, I called them back to paint the exterior of my house. Frank always answers the phone for me, he knows my hours and the project because he is the one that worked on my house with his own crew. Once again they outperformed my expectations, the house was painted quickly, no messes, no spills, and overall a good experience. I will be calling them again anytime I need any remodeling related work on my house.

They were fast and on time, the place was clean during and after the work was completed.

We needed to replace the siding on three sides of our house and spoke to PSP and one other vendor to get an estimate. While the PSP quote was higher (which is why gave 'Price' a B, but for value, we would give an A), we were much more impressed with the level of detail and knowledge that RJ (owner) provided, and we just had a good gut feeling about him. I'm so glad we decided to go with PSP because we couldn't be happier with the work they did! The crew was punctual and professional - really nice guys and very respectful. Each morning, they talked me through their plan for that day and graciously answered any questions I had. They worked quickly and efficiently, with minimal disruption to my household or our neighbors. At the end of each day, they walked me through their progress, made sure I was happy with what they'd done, and agreed on the next day's start time. Replacing siding leaves a ton of nails and screws all over the ground and I was worried about the clean up because I have very young children would love to get their hands on 'tools'. The crew cleaned up thoroughly after each day, leaving only a handful of nails behind - I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased with how well they cleaned up. We had some nice stained wood trim around the windows and garage doors that we wanted to preserve and they did a great job of carefully removing and re-installing the trim without issue. Once installed, the painting crew began their work. The foreman has the patience of a saint....we tried two colors before finally deciding on the third and he was incredibly patient while we tried the various colors. They painted the entire house, including the soffit and eaves. The paint job is gorgeous. I'm very picky about straight lines and not bleeding into other areas, especially when painting caulk and they did it all beautifully. PSP is a fantastic company to work with and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone for siding and painting!

The total cost was $8178.18. I had quotes from other companies. I specifically wanted to use Hardie siding, the stucco panels, which most people don’t use. I had checked into things I wanted and I told them what I wanted. I wanted moisture resistance, flashing and all the different things. When we were looking and working out the details, he said that the panels were 4 by 8 sheets and Hardie siding is cement. So, he told me that I would see the seams where the two panels will be up against each other. He also said that it would kind of look ugly when the sun shines against them especially later in the afternoon where the house is facing. He recommended me to take some little strips of furring and to put it on to cover up the seams so that it’s like adding an architectural element to the wall which also gives it more dimension and it looks better that way. The seams will also be not seen. I told him that was a good idea and asked him to do it. Then I asked him if they could do it on the back of the house and he agreed. They also brought the exact paint I wanted to paint the whole house. They pressure washed it since there was dust because of all their work. They did a fantastic job on it. It looks great. We have a number of people who drive by our house who slow down and look at the house because you can see the roof sitting on the top, which is the most unique roof in the whole neighborhood. They stare at the house because of the way it looks. They were very good and punctual. At one point, they had to stop because it was raining and they would have done it faster if the weather wouldn’t have interfered. They were very easy to work with. If I had any questions, I could call the guy and he would explain it to me. He even did some extra things of burying some cables and what not. They said that if we bury them, then we wouldn’t even see the cables that we have got like the telephone cables. They did all kinds of little extra things to make it look fantastic. He gave me an idea on the painting scheme we had. We did as per their recommendations which made it look much better. He was really good.
