Description of Work: They installed a new HVAC unit. Went well except inspection. Installation staff did not inspect old infrastructure so the did not make modifications resulting in not being approved.

Description of Work: Started out with no cooling. Had to replace the air handler. Unfortunately, they installed a downstairs thermostat where we disconnected the thermostat as two thermostats do not work with a single unit. Also, they had wiring problems. In the process, the installers did not seem to have sufficient help from someone who should know how to properly wire and test the unit. The compressor was not closed up. We did that. | |They got it to work, but took about a day longer than was necessary. When installing large products, it would be good to have an experienced installer on site. The initial installation of the compressor and air handler by another firm 8 years ago took no more than four or six hours, compared to two days on this one. I think there are other complaints related to similar situations on this firm, so they really need to listen up.

Description of Work: Hey Fixed my A/C system that other companies were unable to diagnose. I have worked with a lot of companies, and these guys are the best i have come across! They are awesome. they are punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. I also signed up for their seasonal checkups (fall and spring) and they gave me a discount on the services.

Description of Work: Replaced three 10 year old Carrier Builder Grade 12 SEER units that were on their last legs. Installed three Carrier Performance Series 16 SEER units with remote control thermostats. Shopped three different companies, did not take the low Bid like government does. You get what you pay for. They prepared and submitted all warranty registration for 10 warranty. They also completed all Rebate forms for submission. All submission have gone through without a glitch. Extremely pleased. Ask for Corey Lutrick, super salesman. Sold me on Thursday and completed installation of all three units on next day, Friday. They brought three tech teams, all very skilled. Extremely prompt follow-up on minor issue that needed resolution.

Description of Work: The appointment assistant was very helpful in getting us the last appointment of the day so that my husband or I would not have to take off too much work. The technician, Robert, was very helpful. He called ahead to make sure we were home. He listened to everything I told him and did not treat me like a "non-professional". Our A/C system was short cycling becuase the drain was backed up. He blew out the drain and recharged the system with the proper amount of coolant. He had very good suggestions that we can do ourselves to help keep the system running for a long time. I would highly recommend them to my family anf friends.

Description of Work: They came out to do a service check on my ac/unit - the work was performed, but then they found a gaping hole that had opened in one of my ducts in the crawlspace that was the real culprit of the efficiency problem I was having...technician was very nice and knowledgeable and told me the equipment and technique to use so that I could fix it myself. I would use them again for actual repairs.

Description of Work: They came out to troubleshoot my AC system which stopped working. I did get a second opinion and their diagnosis was confirmed. The whole unit, inside and out, needed to be replaced. They provided me with a solution.
