Our thirteen year old system started having problems, and our neighbor had just had them out for an ac repair last week and was really impressed with the service. We called and they came out and checked it all out and offered several choices which beat the other two quotes from other companies that we ahead received. Two days later James and David were here on time and installed the new unit. They were very professional , courteous and totally cleaned up the debris prior or leaving, making sure I was happy with their service. I will highly recommend to my friends and neighbors!!!! They responded right away, and they did a good job with the repairs. In fact, this is the second time that we've used them.

They were on time, on budget, and cleaned up after themselves. They also gave us complete instructions on how to operate and care for the system which we appreciated. However, they did charge us a $75 service fee for adjusting a couple of wires two weeks after the installation. We were not happy with this.

Everything went well. I found them to be very competent, and I thought that they did a good job with the repairs.

It was great! Everyone, from the estimator to the installers, did a wonderful job. Furthermore, they were responsive, on time, and charged a fair price. We would highly recommend them to anybody.

It didn't go well, and I was disappointed because the technician told me he couldn't put Freon in the unit. Furthermore, he told me that the promotional price listed was actually the normal rate that they charged for a tune up service like that.

He came out to look at the AC, and explained what was happening. It was a simple problem (power wasn't making it to the unit) that he fixed immediately. After that, he cleaned out my unit for no extra charge!

I purchased the coupon for AC maintenance.Technician showed up on time and immediately went to work. The check all parts of the AC system inside and outside. He cleaned everything. He said I was a little low on freeon. I could have a minor leak or it was never filled all the way since its a closed system. The maintenance coupon says that he comes out again in the fall. He would check the freon level again then when he comes back to check the system when we switch to heat.

The technician called before the appointment to let me know he was on his way. He was very courteous and friendly. The visit took about 30 minutes. i was definitely pleased with the service I received as well as the promptness and professionalism.

Our interaction with Precision started because we requested our previous heating/air conditioning service provider (Autumn Heating and Cooling) to give us an estimate to clean the air ducts and install two new ducts in rooms with poor circulation. They could not respond to the request for over 2 weeks so we looked around for other options and thankfully found Precision. Upon examination of our request, they suggested that the unit we had would not support the additional ducts; in addition, the ducts were old and inefficient. Corey proposed a new system that would not only better regulate the overall temperature in our home but also more optimally control the humidity. The results have been outstanding and we are glad we followed his advice. We did have a follow-up request to add a duct. Response to this request was prompt and efficient.

We had a serviceman out the same day we called. We had NO COLD AILR. How can you live in Texas with no air, you can't!! He diagnosed the problem, we have an A/C unit thats 12 years old. It needed a new compressor. That's like saying you need a new engine for your car. He gave us many options, explaining in detail so that we thoroughly understood. It would have been ideal to purchase a new unit, but we couldn't afford it. They tried several ways to work with us and it still could not happen. Then, God said to them that they were going to help us any way they can,that we should have A/C. So, it's now 5:00 and the parts and crew are being rounded up. They are coming back TONIGHT to complete the job. They are willing to work as long as it takes. My birthday is Sunday, this is the "coolest" present I ever received. I would highly recommend their Texas hospitality, skills and willingness to help you fix it--fix it right and not rip you off!! I will sleep well tonight, cool and so very thankful.

First of all, their tech was very polite, courteous, and friendly. He was efficient and quick. It was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend them.

The process went very well. Don is obviously very experienced and explained everything to my husband. We are very happy with the services performed and will call on this company in the future.
