They responded to my request for an appointment quickly. They did the job on time and everything works well.

James (salesman) came to our home and gave us an estimate for a new AC system. He looked at both the inside and outside units and gave us an estimate that was fair and reasonable. They were able to offer us a rebate that the other companies were not able to do since they are a Carrier Authorized Dealer. They were able to come to our home and install it within a few days of meeting with him. James and John arrived at our home at 9:45 AM to begin the install. I gave them a B for punctuality because I thought they might have started earlier, though they weren't actually late. They worked hard and were professional. They were patient when my husband insisted on helping them. Our attic reached a temperature of 149 degrees at 5 PM and the guys continued to work without complaint. They were at our home for 12.5 hours and did an excellent job. James (salesman) returned to our home a few days later to inspect their work. We are very happy with the work they did and would strongly recommend them to others.

Precision Heating & Air, LLC were horrible. They sent this kid out here. The woman I talked to, to set the appointment was very, very nice. She's very professional and she gave me a list of things that they were going to do. He didn't do any of them. He didn't do any maintenance at all. I told him, "Well, my brother is in air conditioning. I'll just give him a ring." He was very nice and had a lot of personality, but he said that they were working real hard because they had a lot of calls they had to make each day. He actually didn't even diagnose my unit correctly, as it turns out. I got nothing for my money, really. He didn't clean or do any of the maintenance at all. When I was younger, I probably would not have put up with it.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They did a great job and were very professional. They did what they had to do and did not try to sell us anything above and beyond what the inspection asked for. They came out not too long after I purchased the Big Deal and we had to reschedule them once ourselves. The technician who came out answered all of my questions and did not think anything was a silly question. He was very patient, professional, shut the attic door for me and put everything back away from the door.

I think overall it was fine, although maybe the time that the technician spent on the side is a little bit short. I don't know anything about how it works. The price, compared with other companies, that's great. The only thing I am not quite sure is about the time. It's less than half an hour. Their responsiveness was great.

I called because my air conditioner stopped working in the evening of 6/28 (the hottest day in Austin up to that date). I was told by a very nice phone operator that a repair person would come later that afternoon, and that he would call before. He called and arrived within a half hour. Cory listened to my description of what had occurred and then went out to the unit and ran a couple of tests. I went and watched and asked questions. Cory was very informative about what he was doing. The problem was what he had thought. He replaced a part and the unit began working. We discussed some basic air conditioner information that was helpful to me. He gave me the invoice and I gave him a check. Cory was here about 45 minutes. I was very happy to get the work done so quickly. It was well worth the weekend service fee. Cory was excellent and I would use this company again for any heating and air needs.

He arrived at the right time and was courteous. The only problem is the EPA's insistence on taxing and minimizing refilling of coolant, but I guess the rules are the rules, so you have to jump through the hoops.

Precision was very professional, and were easy to talk to. The technician that came to see me was very nice. I would recommend them to anyone else looking for a free estimate for their heating and air conditioning unit.

Well, So far so good.

The technician told us that we needed one new unit. Said the coil was very dirty and could not be cleaned. He kept referring to how old units were and had us convinced it was shot. He said the other unit is ok because my husband kept pushing him on it and checked out the unit with him. he said our bedroom unit didnt need coolant because some of the venting was exposed and it was overworking the unit and causing the freon to show high. He turned off one of the compressors and did not turn it back on so we assumed the thing had stopped working. We spent the night with no a/c in our bedroom. i called my regular a/c man to check it out and he turned the compressor back on and put some coolant in it and its worked beautifully. He agreed that some of the venting was exposed and needs to be replaced but that is wasn't effecting the cooling that much and that when the time came the coils could be cleaned but they weren't that dirty yet. It seems apparent that they're objective was to,sell us a new unit if not two. Not to mention that they left us worse off than we were before they came. I just wanted a check up on the units and some freon. I don't trust them to do anything.

Saul Cornejo is was just fantastic! He was punctual and one of the nicest servicemen we've ever had. He knew all about our unit and he told us all about it and was extremely thorough in checking and tuning up everything. He even went around and checked the temperature in every room. He went above and beyond what was expected and provided exemplary service. He checked the entire house and eliminated several inefficiencies including six filters, so that we would save money. He spent a lot of time in our home and didn't seem rushed at all. His appearance, demeanor and manner were all the most professional we could ask for! He left us with a spectacular impression and we will stay with Precision as long as absolutely possible.

Don arrived within one hour after we called! He was extremely professional in his demeanor, competent, and honest. We feared the worst, but we were pleasantly surprised that we only had an ant problem. We were so pleased that we decided to purchase a maintenance contract.

It went well. I only had one concern, he said there was a little repair that needed to be made but he didn’t have the part with. He did not document what the repair was so we were unable to get it fixed.

Derek was very professional and honest. Arrived on time, provided expected service to units.

Saul was on time and professional.. He described everything he thought we needed to do, He seemed very informed and was very professional. He gave me the prices before he did anything and describe why he thought it should be done. We will definitely use him again.

We wanted to get our A/C checked out before summer started kicking in so we purchased a deal on Angie's List for an A/C inspection, cleaning, & tune-up. We had a few performance questions that we were unsure about and Robert was very thorough and honest with the answers. Through the years, I have dealt with a number of people who have worked on my A/C and I can say without a doubt that he was THE most helpful person that I have ever worked with! I highly recommend Precision Heating & Air - they will definitely get my return business! (I will also ask for Robert)

It was a prefect visit, he was on-time, he was cordial and professional. I felt he checked all necessary parts and provided sound advice.

Technician arrived on time, did a thorough inspection and left us a detailed report on the condition of the 13 year old unit. I feel that I will be able to plan ahead based on the information he provided, and, my house feels a lot more comfortable since the freon was added.

James and John came and installed two new units of AC. They were very efficient, and also cleaned very well what's on the floor. I am very impressed.

Everything was good, fine. They gave me ideas on how to help with my heating bill. The tech was kind of forgettable. He was not rude or anything but nothing stood out.

I knew they were going to be good by the way the receptionist answered the phone. And they WERE!! I called early this morning and the receptionist was courteous, attentive and friendly. She took my information and scheduled a same day inspection. Corey was the service tech assigned to my residence and he called promptly as expected. He came in, conducted the inspection, found that a capacitor was blown in the outside compressor, showed me the part and sure enough it was. I authorized replacement right then. He had my home cooling in less than 30 minutes. GREAT WORK. Corey was courteous, thoughtful and attentive.

Wonderful! They were quiet, efficient and even helped me with an unrelated problem. They gave me important information. The unit they installed is noiseless and I'm totally happy with it. I think this company is a model for how a service provider should operate.

Service call was performed with professionalism and he arrived on time. Will use again next year for annual check. Appointment was cancelled twice because of rain and then for cold. So not really Precision's fault. The second reschedule was many weeks out and when I objected they moved it up to a more reasonable date. All in all, happy with the experience.
