Awesome. Robert diagnosed. I told him I was inclined to do some of the repairs myself. He advised me what to do within my skill level which saved me more than $100 in parts and labor.

It went very smoothly, and the AC is working better than it ever has before. Now that the evaporator is installed correctly, it will not cost an arm and a leg to do regular maintenance. The original installer, Casa Mechanical, had installed the evaporator upside down and backwards, making it impossible to reach the access port or any of the working parts. Casa refused to fix the installation and instead I paid Precision to do a complete re-install.

Excellent. It was a late night call. They were out within an hour. Very professional and went above & beyond.

I did not schedule an appointment because it was an emergency. Saul was very polite and explained what he was doing. I think everything went fantastic and the prices were very reasonable.

It was okay. We asked them to do one of the shopping, that took them about 10 minutes. They didn't tell us how much it was going to cost and then they charged about $130 so I probably wouldn't use them again but in terms of the actual quality of the work, we were happy with it.

Fairly well. They forgot to turn something on and had to come back because a/c didn't come on. They were very apologetic and came out next day. I would recommend them.

The service technician was punctual and professional. He checked the compressor and its electronics and the evaporator coil. Also, he answered all my questions and provided a detailed write up of his finding.

It was good and I am happy with it. The big deal was for one unit and I have two units so I paid extra for the second unit and that was maybe $89 or $99. They were on schedule, quick and professional. I liked them. When I originally bought the deal I didn’t know I had to pay for the second unit so I was somewhat disappointed with that but I found that out when I called them, so it wasn’t a surprise when the guys showed up.

I am unhappy with the outcome. My son was there - he told me what the technician wrote down as what he has done to the system and it does not reflect the list of things that was in the coupon. Worst, he found out that there was a leak (he quotes my kid $608 to fix the leak.) then he wouldn't put in the 1 lb freon in saying that it against the law to put in the freon when there is a leak. I call a different a/c person to come out to check my a/c again. He told me that there is no law on the freon things. So I loss $69 not getting my freon. I find out that the price is outrageous for fixing the leak. I think that it is wrong to use coupon to get entrance to people home to scare them about some fixing and refuse to do the work in the coupon.

They were punctual, on time. The whole experience was wonderful, they are personable and we could recommenced them to anyone else without a doubt.

We have 3 A/C units . 1) 2.5-Ton for the Master Bedroom and Study, on the first floor; 2) 3-Ton unit for the Living room, Kitchen and Dining Room, also on the first floor; 3) 4-Ton unit for the second floor which includes 3 bedrooms, a media room and game room; this unit was not functioning. A worker from Precision Heating and Air arrived on time, and told us that the upstairs unit had a major leak and needed the coil replaced and charge would be $1,800.00 for labor and materials. Earlier, I had called Carrier the unit manufacturer and I knew that my specific units had a 10 year warranty; after giving this information to the Precision Heating and Air serviceman, he agreed to call Carrier and they accepted to give him the replacement coil at no charge, and he decreased the cost of the repair to $1200.00, for installation and refrigerant gas. He gave me a written report stating that the problem was with the 2.5 Ton unit which he said service the upstairs floor, saying its gas pressure was too low to refill it. When I asked why the upstairs, with more square footage had the smallest unit, he told me that the installer may have made a mistake during installation. I then called around and found that the Air Pro H/A company which has an A rating from Angie's list, was willing to change the coil for a labor charge of $450.00 plus the cost of the Puron gas used, which they said should be around $250-350., I accepted their offer, and scheduled the work. A few minutes after they arrived, I went to the attic to see what they were doing; I noticed that they were working on the Master Bedroom unit which was working fine. I asked them to stop and showed them the unit that belongs to second floor, which I was told was the unit not functioning. Johnny, the serviceman from Air Pro worked to identify which units belonged to which area, and the result is what I have outlined at the beginning of this report. He told me that there was no problem at all with the 2.5-ton unit which actually services the Master Bedroom. The reason the second floor unit was not working, was that an overload protection switch had turned it off, and he showed me that simply putting the unit off and on again it will restart it. When he restarted the unit, it was working perfectly. I waited 2 months to write this report to be sure that my units were working fine, and as a result, I will give A+ to Air Pro H/A Company and their excellent servicemen, and F for Precision H/A Company, since they were willing to gut a perfectly fine unit and overcharged tremendously to do so.

Replaced a bad capacitor and add refrigerant. Also signed up for semi-annual check ups.

Precision sent a tech the same day we called them. The tech was professional and knowledgable. He used duct tape on our sink's drain to ensure no mess was made in our bathroom (something a previous tech from another company failed to do). He cleared the primary drain twice. He used the CO2 on our secondary drain to make sure it was clear even though it wasn't clogged at no cost to us. We would recommend Precision to friends who needed AC work.

The teams arrived as scheduled and completed the work the same day. A very professional job by the teams and they resolved some special challenges in fitting the new equipment in the original locations.

Derek called me at 2:30 on the appointed day, right in the 12:00-to-5:00 window. He said he'd be about 30 minutes, and he was. When he arrived, he maintained that most excellent balance of friendliness and professionalism--I imagine that can be difficult while being watched the whole time (I like to know what's going on). Derek pointed out to me that what I thought was water dripping out of a secondary condensate drain was ACTUALLY coming from a water heater. He offered to shut off the water and gas for me--he didn't have to do that and I appreciate these extra touches. He performed all the work methodically and efficiently. He blocked the bathroom sink drain to be sure that blowing out the condensate drain wouldn't get sludge all over. He retaped a joint that I'd found leaking air and didn't charge extra for it. The service was impeccable on all levels. I'm only giving a B on the price because I'd paid a little less in Bastrop for a similar service last year, without a coupon.
