They had discovered what the issue was and they said they would come the next day which was Christmas Eve, to install everything for me. Two technicians came out do the work and they were knowledgeable and professional. They were neat and courteous in my home. They really paid attention to what they were doing.

Long story short, I needed help urgently for an issue and these guys called me back at 8pm on a Thursday evening, set up a time to come out the next day and fixed my issue in a timely and professional manner. The fellow I dealt with (I wish I could remember his name) was so great. He actually was just there to spec the work so that he could subsequently schedule a guy to come out and do the work, but recognized the urgency of my situation and dropped everything to help. He was super honest and I would absolutely call this company again.

Super honest and did not find anything wrong with our heating units, but explained that some builders under-engineer heating systems for Texas because it's not usually as cold as this winter has been. Based on his calculations, my two heating units would not keep up with very cold weather based on the square footage of the house. He inspected everything to ensure they were in good working order. The company scheduled the technician quickly and it only cost $39 for his visit! I'm pleased that I did not have a large parts and labor bill.

I was able to purchase and apply the big deal while they were at my house. It was a little last minute scheduling and they were able to work me in quickly. Two technicians came out to do the work and they were on time. It took about 30 minutes to complete everything and they took the time to explain to me how I can self diagnose problems for the future.

This was a very routine situation. The guy came out, he was on time, very polite, and checked out both our furnaces to make sure out heating system was running fine, and it was. End of story, very routine.

They were quick and thorough and answered all my questions.

When Precision came out, they explained another issue with my unit. They explained the issue is different from what the coupon covers but they would be able to fix it. I plan on having them come out on a later date to fix my unit.

I called and scheduled an appointment for Jan 2nd between 8 and 10am. At 830 on the 2nd I was called and told no one was coming because the technicians had safety concerns. The vendor was responsive, but I would have much preferred knowing that they were cancelling on me in advance of the appointment.

Not much to explain. They came out and checked my units as agreed. So far, so good.

The tech, Dereck explained everything to me as he went, and I felt very comfortable with his knowledge. He seemed to take the time to make sure everything was satisfactory. I would not hesitate to use again. fortunately they were able to find a part under the warranty for a freon based system.

They were very honest in their assessment and fully explained our options. They were very good at giving us all the info and allowing us to make our own decision based on our needs & not what they were trying to sell us or do for us. We were very happy with the service we received.

The inspection was thorough and the installation was pretty quick.

Our AC isn't working. We've had three different companies look at it over the last 2 years. This is the first time I felt like the repair man was straightforward about what was wrong what needed to happen and why. It was a relief to feel like someone was telling me how it was straight up without just thinking about selling me a new system.

Tech was well informed and friendly. He was on time and quick to complete the service.

They charge a $75 fee just to come to your house. That's ridiculous. No legitimate company should charge anything for an estimate.

Gentleman said there was a carbon monoxide leak and showed me on his hand-held system where the leak was at 24ppm. He disconnected the system which he is supposed to do by law. He also suggested but did not recommend placing my carbon dioxide detector in the closet where the unit is until I replaced the system. He left quotes on three systems starting at $5,000. Knowing the temperature was going to drop within a few days, I contacted another company for a second opinion. I did not tell them someone had already been here. The company was much more intense with where they checked. BTW: I stood by both inspectors while they did their inspection. When he was finished he gave us a clean bill of health! I saw what he did and had to ask him to recheck the area where Precision showed his system go up to 24ppm. His system did not show a leak that required that the system be turned off by law....like Precision had said and done. I let him know about the previous company (without giving the company name). I decided to contact Precision for a refund. They sent a Certified Heat Exchange Professional who rechecked the system. He found the furnace pulling 3ppm with a 10 min runtime. He allowed us to run the system without worry of harmful carbon monoxide leakage. He did recommend having the heat exchanger pulled and checked for cracks and consider replacing the unit at some point. Because I was given the wrong diagnostics and paid to get a second opinion from a different company, I requested a refund from Precision. Precision has asked that I contact Angie's list for a refund.

They were very prompt and courteous.

They were here on time or even early, which I liked very much. The guy was very nice and friendly and explained everything he did in detail, and explained more if I didn't understand something. My dog even liked him.

They showed up early and unloaded the new equipment. They were very polite and quick. By the end of the day they pulled out the old HVAC system. The price was great compared to others.

It worked well, the services were just fine.
