We purchased a SEER 17 Carrier unit from Corey, which was installed by Jon P. and James P. They arrived as planned and spent the day removing the old unit from our attic and installing the new unit. Because the unit went in the attic, they had to take the unit apart to take it upstairs, then reconstruct it in place. They did a great job, were pleasant and professional, and cleaned up before they left. We are very happy and cool with our new a/c.

The experience was amazing. They showed up promptly. They took the time to cover up all of my carpet so not to leave any dirt. They replaced two air conditioners and two furnaces. It took them all day. I work from home and even though they were working just a few feet away, I hardly noticed they were even there. They were very nice when my dog decided they needed help! They were always professional. When the work was completed, they took the time to help me learn all of the features of my new thermostats. I would highly recommend this provider.

We were replacing our AC unit and we wanted a second opinion. We ended up replacing the unit with the company we had used prior.

Our A/C unit wasn't cooling as quickly as usual. Precision technician came out the next day - promptly as scheduled - and diagnosed the problem. Technician offered to and did contact Carrier (A/C manufacturer) the next morning regarding warranty. The unit is still under warranty. Yippee!! The work was completed as scheduled. Both technicians were professional, punctual, friendly, courteous and experienced. Contact Precision Heating & Air for superb air conditioning service. (We were lucky it happened in April and not the middle of August!) We're so impressed we purchased Precision's Maintenance Agreement.

We contacted Precision to get a quote on replacing a residential (4-ton) compressor, and moving our interior heating/fan unit up to the attic. After nearly a week of waiting for a quote, we received a one sentence email saying that due to the magnitude of our job and a shortage of manpower, Precision could not take on this job. They wasted a week of our time with a failing A/C unit and then just blew us off. If this were some big commercial project or complex one, I guess I could understand. But it's a 2,100 s/f residential home with one unit. And THAT's too big?? If that's too big, Precision is too small and shouldn't be advertising their capabilities for such work. Very disappointed. I can't rate them on Quality or Price, as we never got a quote and the never installed anything.

All communication was handled through Angie's List and service was canceled when the provider discovered I needed service on a mobile home.

Precision heating and air came out to do an annual check up on two ac units. A crew of two men came out and started to work right away. They stared in the attic and finished the job out side. They reviewed a few thing that need to be repaired in the future no pressure. They did a good job . I will use them again in the future.

Cannot recommend Precision Heating & Air highly enough. I purchased their service on a Big Deal. They contacted me the next business day and set up the appointment to suit my schedule. I requested an afternoon appointment (between noon and 5) and they said I would receive a call 30 minutes before arrival. Kevin B. called me at 1148 and arrived at 1218. He was pleasant, polite, and professional. He got right to work and was finished within the hour. Two things especially struck me: He recommended a compressor saver to extend the life of my a/c, but there was no pressure to make the purchase immediately - which I appreciated. Secondly, he offered to replace my a/c filters after noticing I had purchased some new ones. Turned out they didn't need replacing just yet; he complimented me on my clean home, and suggested I wait another month or so before checking again. I feel very good about the service I received and the lack of pressure to purchase any further services. Because of the way I was treated, and my confidence in Kevin's abilities, I'll be signing up for Precision Heating & Air's preventive service plan.

I had an estimate to repair a blower motor at an a/c unit in a duplex apartment unit, and I thought I would get a second estimate to be sure so I contacted Precision Heating & Air for an estimate. The Precision technician told me the blower motor needed to be replaced and it would cost $749 and would take some time to order, but they could help me replace the system right away. I told the technician that I had a bid from Comfort Zone Heating & Air for $395 to replace the blower motor there without delay to which he said, ?Well, unfortunately those are our prices?, and I said, ?Well, your prices are ridiculous?. Anyway, I feel this is a clear ?bait and switch? rip-off technique, and in the meantime they have taken me for their $75 service call charge to give me that obscene way overpriced estimate to get me to buy a new system now. To say that I am disappointed with my experience is an understatement.

Mando and Joe called prior to arrival and arrived on time. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional. They kept us informed with each stop of the removal of the old units and installation of the new system. They worked very hard the entire day and cleaned up prior to their departure. I highly recommend Precision Heating and Air LLC and will definitely use them in the future.

Justin and Obe arrived at around 11:30 AM to replace my entire HVAC system. They removed the old system - compressor, evaporator coal, thermostat, blower and heating unit and then proceeded to install the new system. The flooring was covered by tarp and the entire operation was left very clean. Justin and Obe answered my questions throughout the entire process and were very professional about it. The new system went live by 6:30PM with a small problem with a defect with the gas valve. The problem was resolved the next day. I am very pleased with the entire project. Precision did all the paperwork for a City of Austin rebate and also helped me apply for a significant rebate from the manufacturer. Both rebates had a significant impact on the competitiveness of the final price. Communications were very good throughout the process and the worksmanship and professionalism second to none. The new system is excellent - very quiet and working well. My thanks to Justin and Obe and to the entire Precision team for a job well done.

They are coming back again this week. They were good and satisfactory. They gave us some recommendations. Their price was reasonable and comparable to the market price here. They were responsive and on time.

Our service guy was Kevin. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We honestly expected to get fleeced, but this guy gave us great advice and pointed out things that needed to be repaired. He didn't force the sale, and even fixed a few things for free. I was very impressed overall, and wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again. They seem to be about genuine integrity and quality of service, something that we could always use more of. Overall had a great experience, and would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a high-quality AC service that isn't all about the big oversell.

They were professional, got us in on the same day we called, and were quick to find and fix the issue. They also offered us a nice deal to have our heat unit checked in the fall.

They have done a great job each time. They have been very professional and thorough. I was just very happy with them. The quality of work has been excellent; no complaints.

Excellent job; on time performance, set proper expectations for execution of the work, as well as to how and why I should expect better performance once the new system was installed. Six months later, all has turned out to be true. The recommended solution (top level equipment) was a little pricey, but the results could not have been better. You get what you pay for........ Follow up calls have been handled equally well and promptly. The installation required inspection by the City of Austin (both to close the work permit, and validate the energy savings rebate from the utility company). I wish the City had been as crisp and responsive as Precision was!

Did a great job explaining the issues with the AC unit and provided a quote. Spoke with their very knowledgeable service manager, who explained the situations and options. Their quote was very competitive, but I did wind up going iwth another vendor who was able to provide a slightly lower cost and a longer warranty. However, Precision is an excellent vendor and I highly recommend them.

We then discussed the best way to manage my patchwork system in the future, as piece by piece, it coughs and acts like it is going to die any day. He agreed that it was most economical to keep using it until it dies, and try to replace all the different parts at once. I liked him very much, and he definitely seemed to care about what was best for me rather than pushing me to buy from him in the moment.
