Routine maintenance was completed on my unit. Also, a recommendation was provided to add a kill switch to the unit in the attic in case the drain was clogged. Which no one else in the past recommended the switch; which I thought was important.

Fine! They came when they said they would, they worked very fast and got out.

Excellent experience from beginning to end with quotes, scheduling, install and set-up.

They did quite well. They were very thorough, they were knowledgeable, they explained to me what they were doing, and I just felt that they were professional. They were very prompt, very professional, very polite, and they answered all my questions, and I assume they did a very good job. I'm not having problems with my air conditioning. I thought they were excellent. I thought that their price was market fair. They were very good.

I purchased an Angie's list coupon for A/C inspection, cleaning, tune up, and adding 1 pound of freon because we had trouble with that A/C cooling the house last summer and the two other companies that inspected it couldn't find a problem. Technician arrived for the inspection and determined that we had a leak in the condenser. Told us that a comfort specialist would come to give us a cost to replace it. Comfort specialist came the next day and he and I looked things over. My only complaint is that it the technician stopped once he found the leak in the condenser and apparently didn't even look at the unit in the attic (I was not there when he did the inspection). Comfort specialist and I went into the attic and found that the drip pan was about to overflow with water. Looked like I had a leak and both drain lines were clogged. At this point we determined that it was probably best to replace it all. Previous owners of my house apparently had pieced together three different brands of a/c and furnace. I was given four options to choose from and went with a Carrier system. Work was scheduled for the next morning and the crew arrived on time and got straight to work. Very polite and careful. By 4:00 we had cold air blowing in the house for the first time since I bought the thing in 2012. Very pleased with our purchase and I thought the price was reasonable based on what I knew others had paid. Waiting on my first electric bill to see the difference between last summer and this one.

This company had a promotion for A/C inspection, cleaning and tune-up. The person never showed up. I called them prior to purchasing the promotion, after the purchase, and the morning of the day they were supposed to show. I told them since one portion of the A/C is on the roof, which needs HOA person to open and give access, they need to call 30 min-1 hour prior (HOA requirement) before they get here and that the HOA is closed during noon to 1 p.m. On the appointment date, I asked when they would show. I was told they'll contact me. No one called me, so I called at 3:30 p.m. and got transferred to their emergency line for some reason and I left a message. I called Angie's List, and they also tried to call Precision Heating, but no luck. At 4:45 p.m. (15 minutes before the HOA office closes, so too late), Precision Heating called me. They proceeded to tell me that I didn't say I needed them to come out before 5 p.m. (I'm sure I told them we need the A/C person out before the HOA closes, and they require 30-min to 1 hour advanced notice.) They said they work until 12 midnight (is that normal? Do people actually want someone to do repairs and inspections at midnight?). After realizing that explaining what happened isn't going anywhere, I asked "what do we do next?" And his reply was "You tell me!" His voice was excited (loud) the whole time. I told him I don't live there, and that I had to make a special trip. This is what I've told the in the past. He said the only reason he called was because there was a message on the emergency line (does that mean that I would not have gotten a call at all?) wondered how I got that line. I told him I don't know either, that it just transferred me. So there seems to be some technical problem there too. It appears that they were quite busy (they were running the special) and scheduled too many in one day, the internal communications wasn't good, and in the end, they dropped the ball. They need to better manage their projects and provide better customer service, starting with the person who answers the phone.

The Precision rep was on time and very informative. He preformed the agreed upon duties and he was also very up front and honest about some of the addtional items that I might consider. It was a very positive experience.

From the time I called for help and through the installation, the job went perfectly. There is not too much to say. Mando and Joe arrived when expected. I left them the keys to the house so I could return to work. A few hours later, they called and the job was done. I returned to my home to find a brand new AC and heater installed. There was not even a mess to clean up. The guys showed me how to work the new system. We shook hands and they were on their way, and my family will be cool for the summer.

I had a good experience with Saul, Cory and especially Mando and Joe who installed a new unit at my house today. They worked quickly, efficiently and did quality work. All the while taking the time to answer my many questions. I would reccommend Precision for any heating or a/c repairs.

They promptly scheduled inspections for my AC and heat and got to my place quickly. I think I got it as a deal on Angie's List. I can't judge the quality, really -- he did a number of checks and said my systems were OK and they seem to be working fine, so there's that, but I can't say whether there is a problem that just hasn't surfaced yet.

Heater not working on the first cold snap of the season. Making a grinding noise when it turmed on. Service tech found that mud daubers had built a nest inside which was preventing it from turning. He was able to break the nest apart and everything worked great. No problems after that. Very nice service tech!

It all went really well, until I learned how much it would cost to replace control module (>$600). I ended up finding a part on ebay for $70 and replaced it myself. But it was worth the money to know exactly what was wrong and what part I needed to buy. The part alone brand new would have been $160 or more. They were very nice on the phone as well as the technicians sent to the house. I had a good idea what the problem would be and that was what they were able to determine, and they didn't try to sell me on any other repairs.

It was $150 to fix the part. I had a 20 year warranty but not on that part and it took him 5 minutes to fix it. They did a really good job.

The technician blew out the condensation line of anything that might be backing it up. Nothing came out. He was expecting a blob of backup sludge. He said the best thing to do was to install a Condensation pump up through the roof and over the garage and out the the siding, estimate being $688, OR, cut a hole in the rock in the front of the house and run a line through there (instead of under the garage where it is now), estimate being $389. I thought these estimates were too high and overkill, and decided not to do anything at that time and get a 2nd opinion. I didn't get neither the 29point inspection or a repair from Precision. The 2nd opinion technician came and blew out the line. It still backed up and he came back and went ahead and pulled out the whole pipe from out under the garage and replaced it with new one. He also opened up the whole HVAC system, found that the insulation had fallen into the fan and repaired that. He checked the freon too, and a a bunch of other stuff too. He told me a list of of stuff to do myself and what I might need in the future. it took him 2 trips, in the evening after hours, and cost me only $280. I was reimbursed by Angie's list for the coupon and they gave me another one to a different company.

It worked out good. It was cheap. It didn't cost that much. They were here on time. When they said they were going to be here, they were here. He went right through and he fixed it and we hadn't had any problems.

He came to do the tune-up, but the repairs are too extensive to repair. The system needs to be replaced.

He was very professional and let me know what he had to do, and gave me the [price and a description of the work involved.

The tech from Precision Heating & Air, LLC was knowledgeable, the reason I chose them was because it was very detailed as far as what they would do when I visited the website.

They did an amazing job! They were very quick, hauled our old parts away & kept a very clean work area! They were wonderful!

I did not let them do that repair because they were expensive but they did what the deal was. He was right on time and professional. He said 149 dollars is the lowest cost to replace anything. He will not be my first choice because he is on the high end.

We purchased a discounted, one-time maintenance check & cleaning for our two 15 year-old, but functioning, heating & A/C systems. Unfortunately a capacitor wire pulled loose on one of the heat pumps during the testing, but Precision Heating & Air as well as their technician took full responsibility and didn't charge for repairing it. No one can ask more than that.

I bought one $69 inspection special for each unit. After a thorough inspection of air flow rate, temperature/pressure differentials, etc., the technician indicated that the primary drain system for both units didn't have the proper maintenance access to clear any blockages, so the additional work was to add such access, which involved an additional hour for labor. A few days after, I noticed some water in the overflow pan, which indicates that one unit may have a problem with the primary drain. I need to call them back out to inspect, but this may be a problem with the plumbing, not the A/C system itself. Overall I was very pleased with the service and would use them again.

On time and not too expensive. Would use again.

Service was performed in the time window agreed upon. Serviceman was courteous and helpful. Reviewed the services he provided and offered suggestions to keep my unit working well. Overall, very pleased with their responsiveness and service.

Precision Heating & Air was very professional and we want to thank the technicians, David Gonzales and his helper Nelson who came out and installed our new Carrier air conditioner/ furnace unit. They came with a great can do attitude and were always courteous and pleasant. I mention this because it really does make a difference. We had to get a new unit because during our annual air check up for the season, it turned out we had zero freon in the unit, ugh. To fix our old unit would cost alot and no one seemed to be able to find the leak anyway. It turns that when we had new siding installed, a worker put a hole in our copper pipe! David found this was the case when at the end of a long day of installation, he started up the unit and could tell it was leaking. At this point they could have stopped the process, it was now our problem. But no, they waited while I called our siding guy who, with his foreman was there within 30 minutes. The foreman took off some siding, found the leak, David was able to sodder the hole and continued on, finishing the installation that day. Thank you Precision for taking care of us, we will remember this and refer you to family and friends. (fyi, our siding guys are making it right, but that is a whole other review).
