The sales consultant came to the house, made a presentation and gave us the price. The pre-installation project manager came to retake measurements and ensure the details of the project were correct as expected. Both individuals arrived at the arranged time. A few corrections were made to the original contract; the total price ended up being lower than originally estimated and we received an updated contract. We were asked if we could accommodate a 2-week earlier installation change (GREAT for us), which we did and the installation occurred as planned. We were disappointed that one window arrived cracked without any company person warning us of the damage even-though it was known by them the day before. A replacement was promised and we are awaiting the actual glass replacement task. Overall, the installation process was much different than what the sales consultant told us and the finished window product was different than I expected but we are pleased with the windows and the installation. The installation team arrived at the expected time. They were efficient, courteous and we appreciated the quality of work including the clean-up afterward. We would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the minor sales discussion and broken glass issues.

The first day, Javier came and introduced himself and went to work right away. The second day was rainy so after the team leader introduced himself they said the were going to wait until it stopped raining. It rained pretty much all day, the team did come back and complete the job. Both teams and both projects were done professionally and they were polite. Thank you Power.

One of the things that Power Remodeling does so well is the communication piece of home improvement, and it's one of the most important parts. It saves a lot of time and effort on the property owner's side to have a project manager at Power who is helping to coordinate all the different installations, and communicating each step of the process along the way. There is a lot of competition among remodeling companies, and if there is one company that is the entire package - has excellent communication, professionalism, performs excellent work and attention to details, excellent customer service, convenient financing options, and good pricing - why wouldn't you go with that company? For me, that company is Power Home Remodeling. Note - I only gave 4 stars on the pricing because they're probably not the least expensive on the market, but all the other factors outweigh that.

this was our second project we had with Power (siding and gutters was 1st project) and once again they have wowed us!!! from the sales rep, to customer over the phone , and the workers , exceptional work! Thank you!!!!

Overall, the quality of the materials is good to excellent. Professionalism was excellent. There was some finish work that needs to be addressed. Examples are; exposed white edges on the red/brown stone vinyl facade from the cuts. The garage door weather seals were reused, leaving them with holes in them from the original nails. If I had know that was going to be the case, I would have picked up new weather seals. Again, finish work for the windows. the caulking used on the interior cracked in 24 hrs from the caulking shrinking. The welds on the windows from the manufacture were not cleaned up. Leaving small clumps of vinyl that prevented the windows from opening fully.

Project went great. Crew was on time and finished in 1 day. They did an excellent job. A little on the expensive side but the windows are beautiful and I figure it is a one-time expense to upgrade the house.

We had non-functioning gutters with guards and soffits that did not allow air flow to the attic. Power was able to do both jobs at once. Not the cheapest provider, however the quality of the product installed is stellar, the installation team was experienced and professional, communication with me was good and the clean up after the work is some of the best I've experience. Also, Power does not require any money down to do the work and you only pay for the work once you are satisfied and they back their work with a lifetime, transferrable warranty, which is rare.. Sales process is thorough, but I advise you get other quotes in advance before taking to Power to ensure they are in the ballpark.

The entire process with Power home remodeling was great. Craig, who first stopped by the house, was polite and timely. He didn't take too much of my time trying to pitch the sale. Corey conducted a very thorough home inspection and provided great detail and professionalism while he was with us. He was patient and not pushy when it came time to discuss the pricing of our project. Lastly, the install team (Pete, Brad, and Kenny) were timely in there work and just seemed like they really cared for what they were doing and took special care of our project as a whole. We will definitely look to rehire and recommend Power home remodeling in the future.

considering covid, they were done in a timely manner.. the representative was very courteous and explained everything. The workers that came to the house were very professional and kind. After the work was done they explained what they did.

Very Well the install team was excellent as well as other employees, we'll see how the rest goes as far as warranty and future maintenance, only time will tell...for the price it better go well because we choose Power and paid a premium for the assurance and peace of mind for a quality, lifelong job above well done. (I said I would hire again, Hopefully that remains an accurate statement)

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was completely professional and easy to work with. First they had a canvasser in the neighborhood, who set up a meeting for later on when we (my husband and I were both home). They called to confirm the appointment. The sales pitch was rather long and made longer due to my kids running around). However it was an entire tutorial on the product, (very high quality), entire home window inspection, with a super awesome lady who was very patient and easy to talk to, and also explained everything including the quote in great detail. It's a lot of money, but worth every cent. We decided to do an immediate 2 windows, and although we had been set up for a later installation date, the windows came in sooner and the install happened 20 days earlier than expected. The scheduling was easy, and when the installers arrived, they were great. Their team leader was even quiet initially (a baby was still sleeping at first), professional, and everything went very smoothly. I asked them a few questions, and they had great customer service. With the new windows installed, it is quiet and cool. You see the sun, but don't feel it. We are pleased. I would definitely recommend this company and it's product. I'd like to completely replace all our other windows with this company.

They did the front door in an afternoon. On a later occasion, they did 25 windows all within one day. No issues. The frames are a bit thicker than I was first imagining. However, the quality is good. I like the product.
